JumBurrito — Restaurant in Midland

I eat there at least 5 times a week. I love the bacon, egg and cheese and the salsa is Fab! I have only 2 concerns. 1. Consistency Sometimes the filling is over cooked and dry. ...from sitting in the hotel pan I'm guessing. It continues to cook. Sometimes, however, its perfect. Tortilla is hot and eggs are hot and wet! Those are the burritos I hope to get every time but I dont. Size When companies name their business and name it with a catchy or alluring undertone, then what ever they are selling better be that! Ex. Rosa's Cafe and Tortilla Factory. ...they better be some dang good tortillas. There are many examples I can give you can see my point. If I go to Jumburitto and order a Jumbo then it better be jumbo. Often I get a little filling in a large Tortilla and sometimes it's what I'm expecting as a Jumbo. I have figured out the trick however. When I order and ask that it be cooked fresh I get what I like. Jumbo, steaming hot and a wet filling. If were to weigh every burrito I bought in a week's time [oz.] I guarantee the weights would vastly differ! I can do that over a week's time if you like.

08-30-24 I Went In To Jumburrito To Get My Favorite, Taco Salad On Chips With Ground Beef, I Been Eating That For A Little Over 10 Yrs That Way..When I Went In Today They Had A New Lady, She Took My Order, I Told Her What I Wanted, She Did Not Ask Me The Meat I Wanted She Just Assumed I Wanted Chicken So That's What I Got. I Said I Didn't Not Ask For Chicken ,She Said You Told Me You Wanted Chicken I Said, No You Did Not Ask Me.. I Went Ahead And Took It ,But It's Not What I Wanted!!!! Casaundria was very rude,unprofessional,definitely not courteous. Her mannerisms was very disrespectful. I asked to use my points without saying a word to me she took my money slammed the window came back gave my food and change without saying a word slammed the window again I then waved at her to get her attention she ignored me I then blew my horn and asked if I could have a hand full of sugar my sugar was low she came back with 2pkgs I then asked if I could have more she came back with 2 more pkgs again I asked for more then I got three. So yes I was not happy at all. I spent 26.00 on my order I didn’t think it would be a problem with asking for extra sugar and the attitude that came with my order and sugar.
