Limon con Chile #2 — Restaurant in Midland

My husband, my boys, and I came to Limon Con Chile for the first time. We've been wanting to try it for a while but when we came it was sooooo packed. I got the poblano chilaquiles, my husband got the tinga de res, my son got pollo asado tacos, and my other green chicken enchiladas. We tried each others food and everything was amazing!!! Called ahead of time and they told me menudo would be ready in 40 minutes, after that time frame I was already there and when I ordered it I was told it was sold out until I told them I called ahead then it turned to 30 more minutes, and after appetizers and talking with family we tried to order it again and was told “it’s gonna take another hour.” Other than that the food was very bland and lacked flavor.
