Starbucks — Restaurant in Midland

Usually I have no issues at this location. But today one of your employees felt it was appropriate to start closing the location down at 8:15 p.m. He proceeded to put chairs up around Your guests while the store had between 15-20 people still inside. It was by no means a slow night. Then he closed to restrooms where he placed a barricade up so customers couldn’t use the restroom without moving a mop bucket, high chair, broom, and two trash cans. Even the employees couldn’t go with ease. In no way shape or form is this acceptable. This is a coffee chain for crying out loud. People have to pee! Then he locked the side entrance around 8:45. Honestly I’m not sure I’ll bother coming here again, especially since there’s numerous others in town. Having worked in restaurants before as management, if this was my employee I wouldn’t accept this...

I like Starbucks allot that's why I give it 2 starts. But this establishment is poorly staffed. Employees need customer service training. Rude employees. Walked in and greeted a male employee in the late afternoon hrs when it was absolutely not busy. No cars in drive thru and no line inside he just turned his back to me and walked away. Then turns around with an attitude I'd expect from a teen girl asking what I was waiting for. Uuummm someone to take my order obviously. Which he didn't even take. Some older woman came and took my order. She was pleasant. Then I don't hear my drink called all so I walk over and ask if that was my drink and no one responded. I’m trying not to be a Karen but this Starbucks really upsets me. I currently have the flu and desperately needed a medicine call and a cake pop to make me a little happier than I’ve been laying down with a fever. I came about 15 minutes before closing and they refused me service. I really just needed some warm tea because it’s one of the only things that makes me feel better and this was the last thing I needed today. I didn’t want to yell at them so I just said ok and drove away but I seriously expected much more. If it was even 5 minutes before closing I could understand or a complicated order, but I came 15 before close and just needed a simple tea. Now I know why everyone is boycotting this company and only going to small coffee shops that actually care about...
