Starbucks — Restaurant in Midlothian

I was embarrassed and laughed at when visiting this starbucks yesterday. Having a family member employed by Starbucks..NOT THIS ONE.... i reached out to her over the incident and she was appalled. I was insulted when i made order..the drive threw attended rolled her eyes when i asked a simple question and i literally couldn't believe giving them another chance despite the previous experiences here..that will be my last. I didnt ask for refund- order was incorrect..even when pointed it out nothing was done aside from a shoulder shrug and eye roll. NEVER AGAIN. Im also bot the type to even write a review but this was unacceptable treatment from customer service to the 7.00 drink still incorrectly made. When i called i was laughed at and got passed to another crew member that posed as manager. Unprofessional. Midlothian is growing and if this store wants to grow with it i sincerely hope the 2 young ladies who did nothing to correct..apologize..or even show concern when i called think about their actions from this day forward. They've lost 16 customers overnight just by conversating about my visit yestetday. Rude and not fair. I will be following up with a Manager when he or she is avliable. They were no where to be found when i called to report incident....

The first person to address me was MISS NATALIE. IN her sweet LITTLE nice voice and big smile she welcomed me to Starbucks and said how can I help you? I Explain to her that I wanted a pour over blonde Roast , extra strong, heavy cream steamed venti cup please. She said that would be no problem and I tell you I am beyond blown away with her customer service. My coffee was PERFECT served hot and fresh along with my favorite sandwich it doesn't get any better than that. Now let's talk about those super clean bathrooms, let's also talk about the floors swept well polished well and let's talk about the arrangement with the placement of the foods and cups etc... fantastic. I was able to sit down with my food and my hot cup of coffee on a clean table without flies dirt from the previous guest The bathrooms were clean and smelling pretty well this is my happy space always my happy place always and now I have to mention that lady Miss Natalie if you ever stop in to Starbucks ask for my new favorite barista .. yup I'll share her with you. She knows exactly how to prepare your favorites.

I really love my Starbucks store unfortunately my order under my husband's yesterday morning was wrong😔. Tasted like cold milk. Two items weren't added to my coffee🙄. I called and informed Chris. He quickly said ok, when you come back tell them you spoke with Chris and will get that right for you. I called today to say my name and the coffee wasn't made correctly and Chris said to tell you I spoke with him yesterday. Click🤨, the young male who answered phone slammed phone down. I was shocked. I called back same young guy answered, "I'm sorry phone slipped". Slammed phones is not a slip up😕. I preceeded to speak again. He said," nothings written down in book do you know what time it was?" I couldn't remember, I said maybe 1pm. He said, "oh Chris was gone by 1. You can come in tomorrow and speak with a manager then." My reply, is Chris working tomorrow? I can't give out work schedules but you can come by, a managermay be able to help you". Ok. Click, he was gone again. Now, I remember it was 08I guess it's time for a vacation from Starbucks again. It's had been 18 days since last...
