Taco Casa — Restaurant in Midlothian

I go eat here maybe twice a month before work when I'm on nights so I generally eat in my truck and I get the nachos but for some reason it's like pulling teeth to get them to assemble the nachos they like to separate out everything into separate containers but I am not trying to assemble nachos in my truck so I ask them at the speaker to please assemble them maybe 1 out of 5 times they actually get it right the other 4 times they give me a bag with 2 different containers in it and I have to give it back and ask again one time the poor girl didn't get it I asked her several times and she was like I dont get what you're asking so had to literally break it down for here and tell her to take the things from this container and put them on top of the chips and then give me the bag back this is the only location I have this problem at it's crazy maybe it's in midlothians water or something cuz duncanville gets it right along with arlington burleson and mansfield I've never had a problem at any other location when they first opened up they outright refused to do it period I had to demand my money back I'm not going to pay for food if I cant have it the way I want it within reason it's like going to jack in the box and asking for no mayo but the nachos and tea are good soni...

Here I am again! About 6:15pm on 5/15/18, Tuesday, ordering another two super salads. Is it me or is putting the two containers of salsa in with the salad a major surgical procedure? Does this require a rocket surgeon? It is certainly beyond the capability of the Midlothian Taco Casa idiot....

I'm back! Last night (Tuesday, 8/9/16) Ordered ANOTHER two salads, usually pretty tasty. This time - the crispy taco shells they put the salad in tasted like they were at least a day old. Not good..

(Previous visit) Question - you order two super salads, how hard is it for the employees to put two of the salsa cups in with your two salads?

Answer - pretty difficult evidently. They got one salsa cup put in, but left the other one out.

Just sad, guess that's my fault for trying fast food and relying on teenagers to get your...

I have lived here in the area for three years and have never had a complaint but I do today I got 4 taco lites which are wonderful. I always order meat and cheat only. No veggies. My teeth are not to good on top and I'm hungry. Well this morning I ordered four and damn they are greedy on meat and especially the cheese. The dang taco was flat. Not all pumped up like always. That's my main reason of coming back here. Not to get a flat crunchy taco. I understand I didn't want veggies but they always filled it up with meat and cheese. Mmmmm that was good . Now I don't know. You're losing me...
