The employees looked and acted unprofessional. They looked like they had just come back from war with the food in the establishment. They clearly didn't pay attention to the health and safety videos when they got their food serving license. One employee collected our money with her food handling gloves on. And, then she continued to serve others ice cream with the same gloves on that she had on when she handled money. It is unsanitary, And a great way to make the ice cream containers a breeding ground for bacteria.
The other ice cream server wore no gloves. And, he had the most difficult time even just making a shake. He splashed it everywhere at the shake machines and had to refill it again. Good point is he wiped down the cup before giving it to my husband, but half of the shake was cookie dough smooshed to the bottom, because the attendant didnt have proper training on how to make a shake/use the shake making machine.
Lastly, I needed a cup of water for my kids and no one would make eye contact with me to see what I needed. one employee did and she said Hi in a "bye a Felicia" tone and kept walking with an aggressive look on her face. It was not a friendly nor welcoming environment. They made it seem like you were putting them out for bringing business to the establishment. It just seemed like a bunch of children in an unmanned ship. I saw no signs of management. We will not be back.

Read moreSo there’s a few problems I have with this place. Number 1 being the staff. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place. Mostly with getting my orders wrong and also with disrespect. I’ve even returned for them to fix my order after already being home and then having to drive all the way back for them to tell me I have to have what they made wrong with me even though they did not tell me this on the phone just to have me purchase it all over again because they wouldn’t fix it.. so I just bought it again not to deal with it as I’m easy going. Then again with them telling me they have pink lemonade in stock and getting upset having to get me another drink which I wasn’t even upset about. No biggie. I also asked for Braums sauce while I was politely waiting for them to fix the drink situation I didn’t even care about. To have one of your employees ask me rudely “can you do me a favor”? So I said yeah. Just for her to say again rudely “Can you ask for Braums sauce in the line next time so it will already be in the bag”?! So I again just said Yup and drove off… there’s absolutely no reason for this kind of behavior at all. I could’ve been rude back and said can you do me a favor? And not tell me you have something in stock when you don’t.. I’m the one who’s time is being wasted. I should be upset. And now I’m just fed up with it. People have no manners at this place....
Read moreI get that your store is having a cup shortage, but that isn't any excuse to use curdled milk in the ice cream milkshakes. And if you're going to deceive your customers by using expired milk, you might want to bother actually trying to mix the shake. Rather than throwing a scoop of ice cream on the top, leaving the customer to mix the shake themselves and discover the yellow globs under their ice cream for themself.
I must say though, whoever made the chicken strips and fries did an amazing job at how long they were fried for... Though they were cold by the time they were served through the drive-through window.
Braum's isn't known for getting everything right every time, but this is by far the absolute worst experience I've had in my life. Out of hundreds of times eating at various Braum's locations, dozens of times at this specific one.
EDIT: And I just found that someone took a bite out of one of my chicken strips, placed the bitten off end inside the container first under the rest.
I'm done with...
