First I want to say I love Marcos!! Their pizza is awesome however at this specific location (Midwest city)they need to work on customer service. Incident date 5/27/19. I had surgery a little over a week ago and Iām on one leg so it makes cooking a bit challenging. Today I decided to order pizza and just relax. Well I ordered online from the hot deals area and the special was 2 Lg 1 topping pizzas. Well I didnāt want the specialty pizza so I just modified it then to be sure they understood that all I wanted was a cheese pizza and pepperoni I called. The pizza came shortly before 2:30pm today I check the pizza and itās incorrect. No biggie because Iāve ordered from Marcos often and rarely almost never have order mishaps. So I called and they were going to send out a cheese pizza. She said it would be awhile at least an hour. I figured probably like 2 hrs but again no biggie since kids took a late nap. Well 2hrs go by then another hour an so on so I call. I told them to just forget about the pizza since you guys clearly forgot to make and deliver the cheese pizza. She (the manager Nicole) just gives me the refund and thatās it. Really? Have we completely gotten away from customer service? She didnāt even apologize just pulled up my address and said we refunded you. An apology goes a long way. Itās not about the money and weāre human so I can even understand if she had said hey we got busy and forgot. But to not say anything at all? Thatās horrible service and as much as I love the fresh ingredients of Marcos, I rather spend my money where I will get great customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at any Marcos. Couldnāt park close as we are handicapped-NO HANDICAP parking!-but the front 2 spots are reserved for curb side! I guess they donāt want to inconvenience their fully capable customers by having them park 2 spots down especially sice they just sit in their car and donāt get out to go inside. So as handicapped customers, we had to park the furthest away. The young lady taking our order was pleasant yet, seemed hurried and very uninformative. Although we announced it was our first time at any Marcos, no explanation of any on any process or items was offered to introduce us to our new experience. We had to ask many questions in the ordering process. We ordered salads and was never asked about our choices of dressings. We had to ask about drinks. We were told that they didnāt have a fountain and not given any indication that we had to get the bottles from a cooler. We were told it would be 20 minutes for our order. At the 35 minutes later mark, we decided to go to the counter and ask for our salads. She bagged them up for us, forgetting forks. We received our pizza after 40 minutes. We tried the cauliflower crust which was nice and crispy. However, the pizza desperately needed salt and pepper. After yet another trip up to the counter, we were told āwe donāt have salt and pepperā.𤯠We might try another location in the future just to be fair but itās not looking real good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called last night to place an order to surprise someone for their birthday Iām out of state and theyāre in Oklahoma the person that took my order was friendly however, A bit to silly which my card transaction was ran three times I checked my account this morning one charge cleared the Other transaction is pending so I was charged a total of $63 since pending transactions take from your available balance and of course my institution advised to dispute the charge that has cleared but thatās gonna take 7 to 10 working days I called Marcoās Pizza this morning all they can do is apologize didnāt even offer a resolution perhaps a free pizza as compensation even after I told her that this takes away the funds for my meal on Thanksgiving I had planned on going out to eat unsatisfied with the results so basically I have to wait until those funds fall off my account 3-7 business days The person I spoke with assumed I spoke with a teenager so gave me the excuse that theyāre teenagers I told her no it was a woman I donāt mind it if thereās some joking around but, if it causes errors then, it needs to be addressed. BE AWARE IF THEY INPUT THE WRONG ZIP CODE THEN YOUR CARD WILL BE CHANGED EVERY TIME THEY PUT IN A ZIP CODE THIS IS WHAT I WAS...
