The pizza and subs were actually pretty good. My bill was $101 and they were pretty quick and made well. My issue and concern is the lack of customer service. The young lady at the Register was not pleasant at all, appearing angry and borderline rude for no reason. I ordered by phone and went to pick up my order and pay in person. She had absolutely no customer service skills and acted like she was doing me a big favor by taking my payment. It was today,Sunday October 8th around almost noon. They hadn't even been open an hour. I thought maybe it was just with me that the young lady had such a stank demeanor but then I saw her the same way with 2 others as I waited on my order. It appeared to be just 2 Donatos employees visibly there. I didnāt get the name of the young lady at the register but because of her attitude I thought it was funny that when I paid with my card the machine suggested an $18 tip. I was thinking yeah right Iām gonna give an $18 tip to be treated rudely for no reason and watch her be the same with two others. I donāt think so⦠Then the other employee who made my pizza and subs who identified her self as Britney, an area manager, she said, was even worse than the register young lady. I was opening 1 box of the 4 pizzas to take a look and Britney plopped plates and napkins on top of the other 3 boxes. I said I would like to take a quick look at the pizzas before I leave. Britney appeared annoyed and irritated by me saying that. Then I told Britney that all the pizzas looked very good. Then I told Britney that the young lady at the register was not very good with people and that she was rude to me and 2 others. Britney immediately became very defensive and said the young lady is not rude and perfectly a sweet person who just doesnāt smile and her face just looks blank and stare weirdly. Okaay..lol. I said well is that the 1st look and attitude youād want customerās to be exposed to as soon as customers come in here⦠Britney got loud and obnoxious and was steadily defending the young lady saying she is not rude blah blah blah. I said it didnāt happen to you so how do you know. She said to me you are bobbing your head and all this stuff which I was not and was calm just having a plain conversation and Britney got even more loud and obnoxious and I said ok I see Iām speaking to a brick wall so I will voice my concerns to your corporate office. Britney yelling go ahead Iām Britney, area manager and youāre at 1891 Tamarack Circle. Have a nice day. 3 different people besides myself said these people are terrible here and each group of hire's are getting worse and worse. Canāt wait to call Corporate in the morning. I pray they find capable staff to keep this store going. 24 years in the area and the decline is so disappointing I guess Its been 40 managers and staff Iāve seen come and go and now it seems they put just anybody in that location. OneBig Don, one Ham and Cheese no veggies, one Ham and Cheese no onion add banana peppers, order of cheesy garlic bread and 2 liter of diet Pepsi. Had to call it in because I couldn't get the web site to work. I was very plain on what I ordered because my son can not eat onions. When the order arrived my sons sub was covered with onions and mine did not ha e banana peppers on it. We called back and they said they would remake the ones that were wrong. We told them they didn't have to remake the one with peppers just bring some with the plain ham, cheese, and Italian dressing. When the new sandwich got to us it ONCE AGAIN WAS COVERED IN ONIONS, they did send a container of peppers. We called back and the manager basicly called me a liar saying he took the original order and I didn't say no onions. He told my son that if he wanted another sub we would have to pay for it and that I never told him no onions. That call did not go well. My son ended the call. I called back and talked to the Manager and he told me that I never told him no onions since he was the one who took the original order. So he is calling me a liar. He said no he wasn't but I got what was ordered. He told me the same thing that if we wanted another sub we would have to pay for it. I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY GOT WRONG. The person who answered today took my order over the phone. I gave simple easy request for my wings to be cooked a little longer, like I ALWAYS DO, (because the wings are sometimes half cooked) and I also ordered meatball sharable. Simple right? Unfortunately, my order was wrong AGAIN for the 4th time! I will NO LONGER order from this Donatos ever again! Im finally fed up. Im at work and the company is 3 mins away. Not only was my order 10 mins late after waiting over an hour, My meatball sharable was cold. So cold that the Cheese wasn't melted! And of course, my wings were not cooked well done. When I looked on my receipt, the special instructions for my wings was NOT ON THERE. When I called to complain on today 4/30/21 at 12:53pm, the "General Manager" sounded very unapologetic! I asked him if there was a place where I can do a survey or give a complaint. He stated "Well im the General Manger, Im the ONLY one you can complain to". He didn't not sound like a customer friendly person at all! He offered me a 10.00 dollar credit or a choice to recook my meal that will take ANOTHER 30mins! Mind you, Im on a one time lunch here at the Children's hospital. I CHOSE remaking my lunch. Ill just take it home at this point . I don't want a 10.00 credit because I will no longer order from this location again. The fact that this "General Manager" never even apologized and sound so "unbothered" by this doesn't sit well with me. My team members also have issues with this same Donatos.
