Home of the 40 DOLLAR pizza! Not impressed.

These people are crooks. Last time my family ate there, I asked for a receipt. They refused to bring one to the table. Instead, I was told, "we will ring you up at the register". So, they keep an itemized list of what you purchased, but you are not permitted to see it. If you think this is a recipe for fraud, keep reading. I had family in tow, so I promptly paid for our bill and left because the kids were acting out. When I got home and reviewed the bill, it seemed high. Way high. So, I double checked using their menu, and yes - we were billed for the pizza TWICE. Over 40+ dollars for one standard pie pizza. When I realized what happened, I contacted the business, on the same day. They would have still had the order written on their notepad. They said, "you should have checked your bill when you paid". I responded, "you never gave me a bill to review, after I specifically asked for one". They said that's our policy, and refused to refund what they overbilled. More or less stating, "too bad sucker, now go pound sand!" So here I am, telling you about my experience.

Now you may think, there are other people here giving good reviews. Their food must be good. I'm not arguing that, in fact, I enjoy their menu. My problem is with their business practices and service. They nickel and dime you for everything, and don't disclose they are doing so. Want tap water (from the spigot) with your meal? That's extra. They purposefully hide the fact they are adding extra charges, won't bring a bill to your table so you don't know that charges were added, then won't show you the bill so you can address their mistakes. To add insult to injury, they made a mistake, refused to acknowledge it, and acted as if it was my fault.

Don't take my word for it. The next time you go in, see if you what the price you were told is what you were billed. More likely that not, an extra "surcharge" was added to your bill. If so, please leave a review and let the community know! This family business has abused customers for far too long, and they need to change their practices if they want to win me over. I will consider amending my review ONLY if they show genuine remorse, change their shady ways, and start treating people...

Outstanding quality of food outstanding service outstanding prices in July of 2020 almost it's the middle of June 2020 and I'm saying this from the heart. multiple times of stop there for the original Italian Italian sub with a side of sauce so delicious. Now I stopped for a whole lasagna dinners with meatballs that comes with a toss salad and your choice of regular bread or garlic bread oh my God so delicious. Definitely a place to stop if your taste buds are in Italy or for the Italian dining. You cannot dine in right now it's June of 2020 We know why. But I have dined in with my daughter last summer what a wonderful place wonderful service table service was great. I buy my pizza dough to make my daughter handmade strombolis at home. Again so delicious works out perfect every time. Sometimes my daughter says no dad I don't want a stromboli tonight I'd rather have a pepperoni pizza We use the dough we buy from them for pepperoni pizza...

Stopped here for lunch after spending some time at nearby T & D Wildcats. While the food was great (5 stars for portion size, taste, and price), the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Server never came by to check for refills, did not provide silverware, did not take away dirty plates and forgot to give us part of the meal. If the place was packed I could give be forgiving as that would be more understandable; however we were the only table in the restaurant. Tried to get the server's attention twice but all she cared about was being on her phone. I'd avoid dining in at this location at all costs and just do carry out instead.
