About the worst treatment you could possibly recieve. I came in a few weeks after they first opened, I got ignored by all of the waitress because there was bingo. I sat for 15 minutes before bingo was done. No waitress came to any tables while bingo was going on. As soon as bingo ended a bunch of waitress came and started handing out checks, than a confused waitress asked if I was waiting on a bill or something, I sad no I was waiting to place a drink order she was the first person to come to my table. She said OK but she was really busy and would be right back. I waited while she dropped off bills, collected bills(with money/credit cards) and than returned all of the bills, before she came back to take my drink order. When she took my drink order I also placed an appetizer order and my meal(she seemed frazzled I was placing my food order, but at this point I've been in the restaurant over 20 mi minutes)when ordering i asked to upgrademy fries to waffle fries, she said i couldn't because it was the daily special, i said that dosen't make sence i will pay the extra, she explained that because its the special you have to take it as it is(later the owner said if you willing to pay for the upgrade you can). After that I didn't see the waitress until she dropped off our meal(everyone at the table had empty cups when food arrived) when she asked if there was anything else she could get for me I said my appetizer, she replied what appetizer? I said the appetizer I ordered. She said ummm I don't know, what did you want I will put it in now, I told her to forget about it because my food was already at the table and she didn't even know what I ordered. Our food arrived at the table cold. 2 minutes later she came back and knew what I ordered but I still didn't want it because our food had alredy arrived, but we could really use some refills. The refills never came. The kicker is that she held my bill in that air and said to the othe waitress "I don't hold much hope for this one" I paid my bill, I didn't tip because the service was terrible. I talked to the owner on my way out, she apologized but the damage was done, the owner offered me a refund or to come back for meal on her but I was so disrespected I didn't want to go back and I wasn't looking for a free meal.
I went back a few days ago and again terrible service. I ordered a burger "very well done" I received a burger that was maybe medium at best, it was actively bleeding on my plate. When the waitress came back I showed he my bleeding burger and said I ordered my burger very well done. She said" it looks delicious to me" I said not me I can't eat this. She asks if I want the cook to throw it back on the grill, I said no??? You could make me a new burger, but no please don't try and scrape the toppings off and re grill it plus the bun is covered in blood. She said I didn't have to make a big deal of it, they can finish cooking that one. I put $4 on the table for my soda and left.
I didn't review the place the first terrible experience, but after the second terrible experience I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
The owner seemed like she wanted to make it right, but with employees like these 2 you can really make being insulted twice right.
