To be quite honest, we stumbled onto Bob's by accident. We were on our way to another place for lunch, but it was closed, and we passed by Bob's on our way back to our motel. I'm so glad we stopped in! The inside of the restaurant feels like an old-time diner. The owner is incredibly friendly. He took our order, made the food, AND brought it to our table. I love chicken sandwiches, and his crispy chicken sandwich was one of the best I'd ever had. The onion rings were very tasty. (When asked if they were good, he said, "If they weren't, they wouldn't be on my menu.") Being an old fry cook myself, I could tell that he keeps his grease fresh. My wife had the 'loaded' nachos. Also, very tasty. It was easy to tell that the beef was his own recipe and the pickled jalapenos added just the right kick. I believe he said he was a third generation owner, and you could tell that each generation had a passion to make this a great place to eat.
