Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Milford

After having carry-out multiple times from this location my husband and I decided we would try in person the past Friday. As we walked in we are "greeted" by a young dark hair host. She was very rude to not only my husband and myself but the other family that walked in behind us, that were waited to be seated. To start off we walk in, just the 2 of us. We are informed we have to wait for this one table to be cleaned off to be seated. The restaurant had a ton of open tables and did not appear to be busy at all but we agreed and stepped to the side as asked. A family of 4 comes in and they are asked to step to the side as well. After 10 minutes of waiting another couple comes in and they are seated right away. My husband walks up and asked if there was a reason why we along with the family of 4 has been waiting while another couple could walk in and get a table. She explains our table wasn't cleaned off yet. Confused my husband asked why we had to have a specific table if another couple didn't. Was there an online check in that we were unaware of. She then informed us that this was her job and that he needed to shut up until our table was ready and not to worry about "them" as pointing to the family of 4. He asked her to repeat herself because what employee tells someone to shut up? She then stuck her open hand out into his face and told him to stop. After waiting another 2-3 minutes she waves us in direction to a different table than the one that "had to be cleaned off". We sit down she slams down the menus and walk away. She then finally sits the family that walked in right after us. (By also slamming down menus and walking away without a word). I was starving or not we would have left. The waiter we had was wonderful and the food was great! It's so sad that she is the face of the company when you walk in because I know if I was having a different type of day I would have not stayed with her disrespect. She should not be around...

This was the worst dining experience Ive ever had. Had to wait 25 minutes to get in the door on a tuesday night, but Id let that slide because it was fairly busy. Got in, got greeted, drinks and orders in within 20 minutes, but then our waitress is nowhere to be seen for over and hour, not even to tell us that our food would be running late or to refill our drinks or even just check in. When we did see her she was too busy aimlessly walking around and checking on other tables right next to us instead of popping in. Only when did me and my friends decide to start to get up and walk out after and hour and 15 of nothing, no food no refills no nothing, did the waitress pop in and catch us. Finally, 20 minutes after, did our food come out just barely lukewarm, which tells us our waitress just let it sit out and the food was not infact backed up. Lastly, three of our 5 checks were messed up and we knew better then to ask for a manager because it took her 15+ minutes just to get a side comped off that we had never received, nor had been able to inform her of it being missing since she never came back. Dont eat here please, waste of money and patience! The staff was hectic and management was too busy comping off peoples mess ups to do anything else. (Utensils given to us 15 minutes after our cold meals were served were also filthy and greasy!...

First time ordering from here since they opened and they obviously still have some kinks to work out. In their defense, it was apparently BOGO boneless wing night which I was not aware of and it was obvious that the kitchen was extremely backed up. When I entered the take-out area, there were at least 8 other people ahead of me who had also been waiting. I ordered my food on the app at 6:20 p.m. and was told it would be ready for pick up by 6:50, at which time I arrived and did not leave until 7:10/7:15 p.m.. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly so I did not mind the wait and the back-up. What I did mind is that my order was messed up. I ordered 10 boneless wings (again, not knowing it was BOGO night and I could've received 10 free) and 6 traditional wings with a side salad. I received ALL boneless wings and my side salad only had lettuce and cheese - no tomatoes or salad dressing.
