I had the unfortunate instance on July 13,2025 at 6:15 PM The door was locked. I thought the place was closed. I had to tell my customer that it was closed and that I would have to call DoorDash to let them know to cancel it. All of a sudden I saw this young man walking behind the counter, and I knocked on the window and he motioned for me to use the drive-through That’s fine no problem, but I thought that there should be a note on the door letting either delivery drivers know to use the drive-through or even any other customer that would’ve parked in the parking lot.Then when I mentioned it to the young man I said I think maybe you should put a note on the door since you’re opened till 9 pm that the drive-through is operational “only use the drive-through” he didn’t even acknowledge that I spoke to him. He just handed me the order and I said well it looks like you don’t really care and he just turned around and walked away As I pulled out I noticed that there was no cover on the drink, which is required DoorDash policy to have the drink too covered ,so I drove back around, had to honk the horn twice for him to come to the window.i was the only customer at that time He was on his headset phone or something I asked him to put a cover on the drink. I just want you to know that this young man has absolutely zero customer service skills and I am sorry that you have to put up with this kind of lax employee because he totally is disgusting to me. Read more2nd Update: removed a star. Seems like they may be having trouble keeping employees again. Sometimes they are extremely short and not the friendliest. Drive through time getting longer and longer like it used to be. Seems like there is frequently confusion around mobile orders as well.
Update: Things seem to be turning around for this Dunkin. It finally seems like they have been able to keep the same employees around for longer than a month or two. Only had maybe one wrong order in the last year. Drive through is MUCH faster than it used to be. On par with other Dunkins now.
Live up the road. Unfortunately I have to visit frequently. Out of the hundreds of dunkin's I've been to, this one is by far the worst. It's almost surreal how I have a story almost every single time I come here. I wanted to order the $6 meal deal, so I added all items to my order and chose the what I wanted in my coffee. I scanned the coupon but it wouldn't take it. Tried another coupon, wouldn't take that either. Finally said screw it and assumed the system would bundle everything and charge for the meal deal. My mom also got a coffee with cream and pumpkin flavor. We didn't have to wait long before our order was ready. My coffee was black! The sticker on my coffee just said black. I was extremely tired so I thought maybe I hadn't actually added any flavor and cream? While I was contemplating my sanity, my mom asked an employee if I could add stuff to my coffee.
