I don't typically write reviews but figured I would warn future customers. on New Years I ordered a sub which was six bucks and some change. While I was paying for my sub with my debit card the guy ringing me out kept swiping my card on the machine saying it was slow/ not processing and that he voided the first transaction. Long story short I was charged $45 extra as well as the cost for the one sub I was getting. The $45 came out of my account by the time I was home so I returned and showed the manager my online account that I was over charged. Tells me he "voided" this and it should be returned within five days. So I wait and call back. Tells me to call my bank and that he never received the money taken from me in his bank account and that I'm wrong. So I argue this and he tells me to bring in my bank statement. So after blacking out the important stuff I prove to him that the $45 was taken out on January 1st and hasn't been returned since. Tells me that IM WRONG and that he can't do anything unless I wanna wait 30 minutes until he's not busy to call the bank. tells me he will call me by Tuesday and now it's January 23rd and this thief still has my money.

Not to mention he did this to someone else I found out about and they never got their money back either.

So until my money is returned this review stays. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced. and my steak and cheese with extra cheese was dryer than...

They constantly get our order wrong. We have a family member with an allergy to ketchup and sauce and she gets fries and every time we ask for no ketchup in the fries and I even stress there is an allergy. Almost every single time the ketchup still comes in the bag, I’m not talking little packets of ketchup but they do a plastic container which almost always has ketchup on the outside. 8 out of 10 times she cannot eat her food. Today our order was literally covered in ketchup. This is the second time this has happened after I asked for it not to be on there and this time it soaked all of the fries, soaked through the bag and got on her other food as well. Rosas villa should be ashamed for not considering customer requests when it comes to people with allergies. The rest of us love your food, and a few years ago after many mistakes over and over and over I told you I would never order again. Well in the last 6 months we have given you another chance and now I can say with 100% certainty that we will never again order from you.

Giving 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. The food is good but if you have anyone with specific allergies or food needs they will NOT accommodate your needs and they will NOT think twice about sending you the wrong food even though you have BEGGED them many times and they just do not care.

Goodbye Rosas villa, never again.

PS. You owe me so much money for food...

Rosa's Villa is not my normal choice for a pizza shop however they were the only restaurant in the area open on this holiday. The floors were filthy, partition wall falling apart and one guest eat in tables covered with business mail. Had I a choice and had not aIready placed my order, would have gone elsewhere. I ordered 2 large seafood salad subs to go. Upon opening the sandwiches I found that they had what I would estimate to be not much more than a 1/2 cup of the seafood salad spread over a large sub with a lot of lettuce leaving the sandwich flavorless. I called Rosa's to voice myopinion which I normally wouldn't do (nor would I take the time to do this review), and was told that their seafood salad sandwiches have a measured amount and is normal for how they make their sandwiches. I wasn't accustomed to spending $15 for bread and lettuce and would strongly recommend that if this is the norm for this business that you consider going elsewhere! I wish the original owners were around to offer some...
