Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Millersville

I don’t like writing bad reviews and I feel bad because it seems like a lot of young people work here and I have worked for a Dominos before as a kid, so I know how it is but, this has honestly got to be the worst pizza place I have been too. Today was the last chance I will give this place. My kids love Dominos so I ordered around 4:30 for delivery, says 35 minute wait. I call at 5:30 to ask where my pizza is, she says it’s been delivered. Clearly it hasn’t or I wouldn’t be calling. Says the driver tried to call me and I never answered. Again, no I know my apartment is hard to find so I literally had my phone in my hand the entire time waiting. She said she would send someone out, but I didn’t want to wait another hour for pizza so I said I will just come pick it up, when will the pizza be done? She said it’s already here. But how if it was delivered? I guess the driver came back with the pizza and it’s been sitting there, probably old and gross so I said just forget it. I have had other problems with them that they mistakenly gave me the wrong pizza and they’ve had to give me a credit or they take forever to get to my home. Again, I’m not one to complain usually but it’s getting old and would rather take my business...

Never cared for Domino's before. Then, about a year ago my daughter wanted a 'snack' at about 11 PM so she ordered one from this location to be delivered (they were the only location that delivered and was open that late). They were quick and the aroma got me to try it. I was pleasantly surprised and helped devour 1/2 of the large pizza. Now I regularly order on-line from this location. The food is always good, hot, and ready right on time. The staff is great and I will keep doing business with them. Well done guys !!!

Ordered from this Domino's many times. Orders are ALWAYS correct, hot and delicious. Each staff member is always courteous and friendly. Ashley and her crew should be commended on their outstanding performance. Well Done everyone !!!! 5 stars...

Ive always enjoyed the willow street Dominos. The gentleman that work at night are great. Very friendly, know me by name and always conversate when I visit. The problem comes in when I ordered during the day. My tip was put in wrong and I was charged 19.96 for a tip rather than 1.96. My bill was less than 16 dollars. Why would i tip 125% for a pick up pizza? I called the store over 10 times that same day work no response or answer. So I contacted the company direct. I was told I'd would be escalated to the right department for quick resolution. It's now been over a month and I still have not been refunded my money or even contacted about the situation. I will not be ordering from them again until the situation is reserved and if it continues unresolved they'll be luck if I go...
