Black Cow Ice Cream — Restaurant in Millis

The owner of Black Cow Ice Cream, Walter Walsh, engaged us to build him a website. After completing our contractual agreement (which he signed), Walter made ongoing additional requests which were outside of the scope of work. We helped out as much as we could, but reached a point in which we could no longer continue providing uncompensated, daily support. Walter posted derogatory reviews to our social media, stating "you never put the hours on... etc." I have attached a screenshot that I sent to Walter, as proof that hours were added to the website. We also created a training video showing Walter how to use various functions. In addition, Walter disputed the payment he made with the bank, causing the entirety of what he paid us to be withdrawn from our account. Over 30 hours of work are unpaid for, as well as additional "pro bono" work not included in the MOA Walter signed. I typically don't post to social media, but Walter chose not only to dispute the transaction after the agreed upon work had been performed, but also to leave a derogatory review. I am going to restrict my statements on this platform to what is factual and verifiable... and let the facts speak...

Stopped in with 3 kids to try this place for the first time! We were welcomed with a smile. The owners are very kind and patient, letting us try different flavors without rushing, even when more customers arrived. They ensured everyone was taken care of while allowing us to make good choices to fully enjoy the experience.

Nothing special about this place and it has tasteless ice cream and boring flavors. I was told by people that swear by this place that it is the best around. Too bad they mean it is the best in Medway because there is not other competition. They have maybe 10 flavors and the sizes are decent but the ice cream tastes average and is just downright boring and not creamy.
