Absolutely horrible customer service. They charged me extra for something I didn't order and they even forgot my sides. I was charged almost $20 for a 4 piece and a biscuit combo. I called so that I could get a replacement or refund. The first person I talked to was nice, I don't remember her name. Once I told her I wouldn't be able to come back in immediately because you know, I have a job, she put me on the phone with a guy who was supposedly the manager. He was downright hateful, unprofessional and rude. Wheh I brought this up to him, he admitted it was because he is "tired". I have two children under 8, a sister with cancer I care for and I work two jobs. That never gives me an excuse to be rude to my clients. This was on 06/03/2021 at approximately 9:05 AM. So, I hope the store sees this and lets him know that the way he acted was unacceptable. If you don't want to do your job, even on bad days, then don't work in customer service. Read moreThis is without a doubt the worst ran Bojangles I ever had the misfortune to eat at. It was ok when it first opened but has gone down quickly and continues to disappoint. I made the mistake of giving this place another chance because it is close to home. As before the chicken was lukewarm at best, the cashier had to pour tea from the back and then the other half from the dining area. Once I arrived home I found that the biscuits were missing and back to the old lukewarm chicken. I have tried to call and complain to no avail. I have requested a call back to discuss the problems I experience I have every time but no one seems to care. Read moreI let the first bad experience slide as everyone has off days, but the second experience three weeks later was even worse.
I placed an online order 45 minutes in advance for 4:55. Get there at 4:56. They seem a little busy so I'm fine with waiting a bit. Fast forward to 5:15 and we are still waiting in line. We finally get our food at 5:20 and the kid at the window didn't say a word. No apology, or anything. He couldn't even say have a nice day.
To top it all off, one or their employees had a big wad of chewing tobacco in his lower lip and was spitting in a cup while handling food. He wasn't trying to hide it so I'm sure his manager and coworkers were fully aware.
Completely unacceptable. I'll definitely be escalating that as high as it'll go.
