Dee's Pizza Pad LLC — Restaurant in Mills Township

Update: sat down to eat with husband last week, waited 15 minutes, never once was acknowledged, but the customers at the counter were in amd out. 3 girIs helping customers at the counter, nobody said hi, walked up and took a drink order or anything. We waited 15 minutes and walked out........ We used to frequent this place very regularly like 3-4 times a week, I loved their food, the pizza was my favorite. As a child I ate and served this food daily, and sometimes multiple times a day, and all I can say is they changed the recipe. Today I got an undercooked pizza, with essentially no crust on it it was so flat it was crispy around the edges. I paid for "the crust or what should have been" to be buttered and it wasn't. My bread sticks were overcooked and barely had butter on them, they didn't even soften from the butter. Not to mention the pizza tastes completely different, my whole household agrees, it literally broke my heart to get such a terrible pizza because it's the final nail in the coffin for me. I haven't ordered a special from there in over 2 years because the last few times I did it wasn't prepared or served properly, so I quit wasting my time trying. When you order food you expect it to be right, and I understand that you might have a few times your off, and that's expected. These guys have been consistently off with me for years, and consistency is key when operating a restaurant. Sometimes you might wait at the counter for 15 minutes while employees go about their business ignoring your even there. I feel like there's just too much going on and not enough organization to make it flow. Too many eggs in the basket. You can't even get decent service if you sit down in there. Also, they're trying to offer ice cream, beer, and every other thing town has to offer. Word to the wise it's about quality...

Absolutely terrible. The place was disgusting from the second we walked into dirty tables . But we ordered anyways & sat down to wait for the food, as we sit there we watch a man stir the sauce in a 5 gallon bucket on a chair with his arm! Elbow deep! no glove. This went on for about 15 minutes as he stirred 2 buckets. When he was done he would wipe the sauce back down his arm into the bucket probably adding his arm hairs into the sauce. Not to mention the bacteria under his nails. After he realized we were watching him disgustedly he grabs a spoon. It was too late We approached the counter to cancel the order one lady got an attitude & asked why I explained & she says too me well that's not the spaghetti sauce it's the pizza sauce as if that had made it any better (because I ordered spaghetti but my friends had ordered pizza so that wasn't going to work for us.) she calls the manager over who was understanding and refunded us. If no stars on here were an option they would get that. The health department needs to be called on this place because obviously to stir sauce like that in front of customers, I can imagine what goes on in the back... stay away from this place unless you want arm hair & skin bacteria in...

They are extremely lazy and will have full blown conversations in front of you while you are at the register staring at your food that you already paid for. Be prepared to wait while you’re at the register even if your food is ready to go. If you order delivery they will give you an E.T.A but if you’re food is a half hour late, and you call back just to make sure there wasn’t a mistake in the address you’ll get transferred over to a rude manager that insist you were told an hour and 20 minutes for you’re food to arrive even though you could hear her over the phone telling the untrained server it was going to be 50 minutes which is what she told the customer, as is her job of course. In the same instance you won’t even get the full order so don’t worry about asking for any sauce or soda cause they will probably forget. The pizza is bad and the customer service is 10 times worse. Nothing about this place is exceptional. They only thing they have going for it is that there isn’t a little Cesar’s close enough to run them out...
