Papa Vito's Pizza Millstadt — Restaurant in Millstadt

Tried going there with my wife on "date night" so naturally the hostess seats us in a high traffic area near multiple tables with small children. Upon request the hostess then moves us within earshot on the kitchen so we can enjoy the vile beast cooking our food spew vulgarities and insult our waitress. I wanted to try the toasted cannelloni but they didn't have them so I ordered mozzarella sticks, they were overcooked and most of the cheese had oozed onto the plate. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with au jus but unlike the Belleville location they use some powdered onion soup instead of au jus (would have been good to know so I could order something different). We ordered the Papa deluxe with no mushrooms on one half and after the kitchen ogre taunted the waitress about whether to add mushrooms to one half or to put just mushrooms on half she intentionally put just mushrooms on the one half. It's bad enough to sabotage your own waitress but to do it when the customer can clearly hear you just crazy. Papa Vito's was suggested to me by Xtreme Tactical lasertag where I had my sons birthday party. I called in the morning the day before the party to place to order so it would be ready at a certain time. I ordered 5 pizzas and requested they be ready at 11:45. I left the party to go pick up the pizzas since they do not deliver. When I arrived the pizzas had not been made. Once they found the order they came to me with only three of the five pizzas. They said there were only three on the ticket, it was obviously wrong. I asked them to make another pizza, we were now in a big hurry having waited almost 20 minutes for the incorrect order. They made a fourth pizza and we left. No apology for the order being wrong or not being ready on time and an attitude as if the whole mess up was my fault. We spent almost 30 minutes waiting. This place is awful! They stole from my family, short changed us, acknowledged it, then said they wouldn’t do anything about it. We realized this after picking up an expensive order (every item was not only incorrect, but incredibly sloppy and cold) from teenage employees who, upon our arrival were busy either on their phones or spraying chemicals near food and playing with other cleaning supplies, like brooms, spreading dust all throughout the kitchen. The owners were able to look at security footage of this behavior and said it’s not how they normally conduct business, but failed to apologize sufficiently or take responsibility. We’re shocked this place is even in business!! They clearly don’t care about quality or ethics, it’s a sad excuse for a pizza joint.
