Reinhardt's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Millstadt

This is post remodel, post second shut down and during a limited menu. i was in there only one time and i will never go back. Let me start by saying the atmosphere is most definitely impeccable, im talking perfect folks no doubt about that and the wait for food was not bad and i was waited on in a timely manner, all is well till we got our food we ordered mozzarella styx which were warm but the cheese was not melted or soft.i ordered a cheeseburger and fries,which was to say the least, bland and the fries were quite soggy and had no salt or seasoning, this can describe the burger as well as it seemed as plain as possible,even having lettuce pickles and all the fixins. My girlfreind had a grilled chicken sandwich which i did not try but she described as " freezer burnt and cool to the touch". She also had broccoli which i did try and have to say was also under cooked and like almost everything else had no seasoning. Plain out a disappointment, after waiting 6 months for them to open its still the same food. This is only my opinion and i suggest you still try it as things may change. Maybe one...

It took 57 minutes from the time our order was taken to the time they brought us our food. We asked about our order after waiting 45 min. We were told "it looks like they are plating it now," as they looked through the kitchen door window, not even going back in the kitchen to check. However, when the food was brought out, it was for a table that came into the restaurant After we placed our order. In less than 5 min after getting our food, they quietly put our bill on the table and walked away...not even asking if everything was okay. The least they could have done was apologize for the wait, or even offered to credit our bill for the 3 lemonades. I understand a lengthy wait if a restaurant is busy, but there were only 2 other tables with patrons, and some people sitting at the bar. I went to Reinhardt's at 7:50 pm on a Friday. The kitchen is posted to close at 9 pm. I ordered food and drinks. The waitress I had was very nice and kind. But the Asian one who worked the other side of the room was just finished with her last table of guests and made it obvious she wanted to get out of there ASAP. She started turning over chairs onto the tables in a loud fashion and sweeping the floor around our feet. She then sat down at a nearby table and glared at our table as if she was being inconvenienced. We left at 8:50, even though the kitchen closes at 9 pm as I said earlier.
