Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Millstone Township

Drive through machine was broke, had to pull up to order. Kids who work there thought it was a joke laughing about it, kept running back and forth to window as they where playing around both trying to take a order. Kept asking me if I wanted my sundae before or after my food as I'm sitting in drive through.... best yet spent $45.00 on good for the kids and us and not even one piece of cheese was melted every hamburger was cold and rubbery, French fries where cold, order 3 different size burgers and got all singles rather 1/4 lb etc best yet i literally waited 15 minutes at a window to get cold food. Would not recommend to anyone. This place is ran by children who are not supervised and no clue how to run a bussiness. Other locations, never had a problem quick, hot food and...

We gave been going to this dairy queen for years. But we will not go back. Last week I ordered sundae with hard ice cream. It was softer than the soft ice cream. They give this bullcrap about being hot and humid!?!? Yesterday we go again. Service sucked . I waited 20 min. In line with 4 people ahead of me. Only to find out there was nothing in the freezer where the hard ice cream was. Needless to say I was mad. All the flavors were on the glass No signs saying no hard Ice cream.... On evening of 4/23/24 I entered the drive through which had three cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to proceed one car length to the ordering console and then over 30 minutes to proceed one car forward at which time the line behind me stretched the entire parking lot. No employee explained the hold up and I was blocked into the line by other cars. I made a phone call to the restaurant which was not answered so I asked the cars behind me to back up and I left as my passenger was upset and there was no communication....
