4/20/22 UPDATED REVIEW I seriously don't like leaving negative feedback for local businesses and I really do try to have the issue resolved before it comes to a negative review. I did try to have this resolved before leaving the restaurant but unfortunately that didnt happen. So here goes.... After being closed for what seemed like months due to Covid quarantine/lockdown then for stoee remodeling I thought "Let's give them another try". So today I order a medium Briar Hill, add sausage and EXTRA parmesan cheese, thin crust and well done that was $16 and a small pepperoni pizza. The total bill was $24.31. I picked up in the store and checked the pizzas prior to leaving and there was NO parmesan cheese at all on the Briar Hill. I asked where was the cheese, they all are like "good question" and take the pizza that's been sitting on a wire rack next to the register that has NO HEAT source and add the cheese. I look at the pizza again and asked arent they going to heat it up a little and what about the extra cheese (that's a $1.70 extra)?? Their reply was "that is the extra cheese and we add it after its cooked" and I asked "but don't you add it when the pizza is HOT?" This pizza has so little red sauce you can see the crust through the toppings and I ask in amazement, "This is made right and has extra cheese?" I mentioned that I've ordered this before (after they tell me it's made correctly) and that you could barely see the red sauce for how much grated cheese and toppings were on it. I love how the girls working look at me like I'm an unreasonable customer and the solution was to give a couple of packets of parmesan. No other solution given or offered, just a simple "this is made right". Look at the pictures, those paint the pizza's picture better than I can. Here I am adding more parmesan and heating it up since its cold. I try the first piece and there is so little sauce it's like eating cardboard and the peppers have no flavor. I will give them props for at least getting the crust crispy as requested, and there was plenty of sausage but in the trash it goes. If you are going to order from here, check the order for accuracy. If you do have a problem, I hope someone reasonable is working and offer a solution than their right and your wrong. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I wouldnt call the Briar Hill pizza I received today the same pizza that won "Best Briar Hill of Mahoning County". ‐--------------------- PRIOR REVIEW 2017 This used to be our favorite restaurant that delivered thin crispy pizza. Well not sure what happened but after multiple orders were messed up or missing items or under cooked, it's time to say enough is enough. After the 3rd time calling about the SAME order and the offer to fix this $40.00 order?? To give 10% discount on the next order was enough for me to say "Hello Domino's". ------------------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW Great place to eat in or take out. Their thin crust pizza, jo-jos and chicken are our family's favorites. I'm in love with their 5 cheese blend specialty pizza, try it you will not be disappointed if your a cheese lover. It's quickly become our staple with pepperoni added and thin crust well done. I can honestly say that since they've opened we've never had any issues. Plus they carry Cherry Coke Zero!!

We have used Lake Milton Gionino’s for a long time, before the fire I would always order a Buffalo chicken salad, no tomatoes and no banana peppers. I would ask them to add spinach to the salad, it was never an issue. Now that they have reopened I’ve ordered the same thing twice now and was told both times they couldn’t do that…. Ok, no problem… can you make it a side I will pay for it and add it myself…… ok no problem! Tonight I ordered my same salad with spinach on the side and was told they will not do it anymore! We have put up with a lot from them! We try to support the local business. We have called at 8:00 pm and have been told numerous times that they will only make certain things because they were closing.? But they are supposed to be open till 9? We’ve dealt with that not saying anything.. the last salad I got they made awesome but took an hour and a half to be delivered. For 1 salad. We are done using you guys! Hopefully your service will be like it use to be in the future! Again paying extra was...

Once my absolute favorite. I walked in to get my order a few weeks ago and was met with neglect then hostility. A young man saw me walk in, he was speaking with the lady a head of me then went to the back area. After 5 plus minutes (my order getting cold on the rack) I yelled "you guys ok back there." No reply... I asked the lady if they helped her, she reply "I just want to know if I can go." I yell again, "hello, we need help out here." One of the employees commented with the b(word)... I don't know if it was aimed at me or what but either way it is unexpected and unacceptable. The employee, final came up to the counter (with a major attitude) and began to lecture me on using his bell. When I told him, I am a long time customer and never had this issue... he interrupted with I don't care. I told him, I will not be back and he said good.... never again, not a family place to be trust with...
