TLDR: No one knows what they’re doing here from the people answering the phones to those making the pizzas. The bar is so low and they still are tripping over it. I am sure none of you, like myself, are ordering Domino’s for fine dining cuisine. I order Domino’s because I’m hungry, don’t want to cook dinner, and have approximately 3 take out options here in Milton. That being said, I have very low standards for them, and they are still not meeting them. Our last order took over an hour to be delivered- one of the pizzas ended up being cold, and the other had raw onions tossed onto it and wasn’t even cut into slices (fun pictures attached to see my confused rips in the pizza looking for the slices). I called to let them know this happened and was left on hold, forgotten, for 20 minutes (I absolutely should’ve hung up sooner but I was holding out hope they were really busy and they didn’t just forget about me). I called again (this time no hold) and it took THREE different employees to finally figure out what to do about it. One of the options was to have them remade and delivered (I declined because now we were pushing 9:00 at night). We chose to have our name put down to be compensated for free pizzas next time we ordered. Fast forward to tonight. We decided to try Domino’s again and redeem our free pizzas. I call, they can’t find my name for the compensated pizzas, but chose to honor my word. Delivery time is an hour but for 2 free pizzas I’ll wait. Two hours go by and we call back looking for word on our order. Turns out there was an issue with the order, they tried to call us back but apparently didn’t have our number (I gave it to them when I called two hours earlier so not sure where it went). They’re again asking for our name and the date of the prior pizza debacle to look for our name in the compensated pizzas diary. They still can’t find it even after I found the pictures with the exact date on them. They say they’ll still honor it regardless and deliver the free pizzas, but can’t recall what we had just ordered 2 hours prior. Additionally, NOW there will be a $5 delivery fee. No thanks, last strike, you’re out. Long story short, many attempts for pizza, not enough competent staff, two very sad pizza-less Milton residents...

I have waited countless times for more than a 1/2 an hour plus getting cold pizza and breadsticks. I understand during the pandemic they can be quite hard to find employment and keep up with demand. Unfortunately I cannot keep going this is probably the dozens time I've waited and they said they've dropped off the pizza and it was to the wrong address and I live less than A MILE! from the location during the pandemic I don't want to travel to the location so trying to do the smart thing and do the contact list delivery but I can no longer deal with theIncompetence of that facility I will no longer be using my app and eating from your company I hope you could find some better management to improve your Quality and Service at that store take...
Read moreUpdate Order has finally arrived. The breadbowl had sat cold so long the sauce was completely soaked into the dough. The lava cakes were so cold they didn't have " lava " in them. I wasn't expecting a 5 star meal but I was expecting a hot one. I called back into Dominos to speak to a manager and after an extremely long hold while they found the manager all she said was "we're busy". There was no sorry in her tone and it was like I was bothering her to even call in. I would never recommend this place again.
I ordered it and got a tracker confirmation that it was prepared and quality checked. The tracker said it went out for delivery at 8:05.... Its 8:45 and still no food.
