Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milton

I have been a patron of this particular location for years. I am sad to say It is unlikely that I will go back. Since this location was renovated, the hot coffee tastes terrible. I have even inquired how fresh the coffee is and the response is always, yes, its fresh. It appears that it is made differently since the renovation, and is kept in large stainless steel vessels. I suspect that its made in large batches, then cooked to death. Whatever the reason for the bad brew, I have thrown the coffee away the last 2 visits , as it was so bitter and burnt tasting, I couldn't drink it. My husband tried it and agreed. He usually puts cream and sugar in his, so his is drinkable at least, but I am unable to do that due to dietary restrictions . Most of the staff also puts their fingers in the cups before filling. Are they not trained that this is unsanitary? Gross! I am tired of wasting money on bad coffee. UPDATE Okay. Decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, things have not improved. My husband and I waited over 15 minutes inside for 2 hot coffees and a donut....and they forgot the donut and had to be reminded. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We order bagel bite and they were not cooked at all and we're cold, sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich was nasty because they burnt the bread, didn't melt the cheese, and the bacon was not cooked fully. The service has gone down hill and they have no concept of time what so ever. Yeah they get busy but they take their sweet time getting the orders out to customers. I get it times are hard and people need help, but that is when you as employees should step up and take your job seriously and not act like a child about it. Your service today was awful and very impatient and slow beyond belief. Milton Vermont dunk is not a place I will recommend to anyone ever again. They used to do great and now they suck. Also when someone says a chai latte that doesn't mean add oat milk in it. That was nasty 🤢🤢🤢 beyond anything. I think your employees need better training and the lady in the purple fuzzy hoodie shouldn't be sitting there on her phone doing nother and I hope she washed her hands after taking...

I don't want to disrespect all the employees here, some are very hard working and caring, running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get customers their orders. However, this location is WAY TO BUSY, and many of the staff are just puttering around doing the bare minimum, exacerbating the situation further, which is a understaffed and overly busy most of the time to begin with. Dunkin is supposed to be the fastest of fast food, it's literally basic breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and coffee. Routinely waiting almost an hour for a couple of drinks is absurd! The staff also have no organization and just throw all the items on the counter and don't even say who's it is so everybody is fighting to look to see if their food or drinks are ready. Milton desperately needs a Dunkin that is a independent dedicated location or to open up another location. This has gotten absurd!
