I go here to get some amazing food sometimes. I absolutely love the orange chicken and much more. There's excellent egg rolls to that seem very fresh. Sometimes i get food there and it literally feels like it melts in my mouth of freshness is some that i truly love when I get stuff from this place. The people are typically very upbeat and eager to help. I was even disconnected one time from some interference and the lady called me back right away to try to help me and i thought that was so nice that she was so ambitious to try to help me have service. So i really do appreciate you individuals making amazing food and trying to help us have service that we can appreciate. There's also some kids there to sometimes that are very helpful and so hard working of which honestly we need more of such hard working adults and children of us helping each other such as helping the world be a better place and not really trying to hurt people instead of truly helping us improve the world by helping who help us improve the world. Thank you so much for being so amazing how you can. I hope you each have amazing futures and alot of healthy happiness...

My family went in on a Friday night for the buffet. I did not know the buffet was only certain hours, but it makes sense. We paid the same for ready made food and did not have to worry about food coming out or sitting a while. It is a small family run restaurant. I saw peanut butter chicken on the menu and got excited. I have never seen it on a menu locally, just on the buffet. There were so many people in and out for takeout. The family that runs this is all about the food. The place looked clean but outdated and drafty. It is an old building. I can't even remember what it was before or after Tastee Freez 30 years ago. We ordered cream cheese wontons that were crispy and A+. Main dishes were all sampled by me. There was garlic beef, orange chicken, chicken and broccoli, low mein, and peanut butter chicken. We’ve been loyal customers jades palace for years — the food is always delicious, the portions generous, and the service consistently fast. So we were genuinely excited to see they’re now available on DoorDash and ordered our usual last night.

Everything tasted great as always — until tonight, when we sat down to enjoy our leftovers and my husband bit into a screw. Yes, an actual metal screw embedded in his General Tso’s chicken.

This is beyond unacceptable. We understand that accidents happen in kitchens, but a screw in someone’s food is a serious safety hazard. He could’ve broken a tooth or worse.

We're incredibly disappointed and shaken by this experience. We hope the restaurant takes this seriously and implements better food safety practices immediately — because while we’ve always loved their food, something like this makes it hard to trust...
