McDonald's — Restaurant in Milton

I rarely ever write reviews but this is kind of an important one. I enjoy mcdonalds because it's right around the corner from me so ita hear by which is great but what's not great is the fact you was going there for breakfast, I specifically said more of what they put on the screen they said yes, never changed. Would you like anything else , I said yes the quantity of the thing I ordered hadn't been changed I said may I please have such and such they responded yes sure no problem rang up my order, price never changed a 3rd time i said may i please have this and that? They said there putting in the code for it . I thought ok cool there was about 8 cars behind me . So.i waited about 10 minutes. Which is fine it's what ever there obviously busy i get it, my turn finally comes they hand me my bag and they still had not changed it. I get it drive through sucks but to not hear the same thing 3 times is unexcuseable and should then be asked to repeat it so I had to then go 20 more minutes waiting for my original order. Which at this point I'm frustrated. Because thats 20 minutes I wasted and had to call my boss and tell them I was running late because people don't listen! Do better mcdonalds employees, be better we know this isn't the job of your dreams but this is the job you...

My family and I had stopped by the drive thru of Milton McDonald’s, I had placed a mobile order at 5pm we arrived at 5:05, there was one car in front of us and no one behind us, when we got to the second window we were instantly told to go to the railing, we were very confused by this as they only do this while busy. We proceeded to sit there until 5:20 while three cars had been severed. the young lady working the drive thru proceeded to look at us from the drive thru window Then 10 minutes a different worker came out saying our entire order had disappeared off there screen and we would have our food in a few more minutes I proceeded to go in and ask the drive thru girls name as this has never happened to me before, as I asked for her name the women who came outside (claimed to be a manger but no manger talks to people they way she talked to me) started saying “it’s not her fault stuff happens I just explained this to you” yes i understand things happen but the order was purposefully wiped off the screen and forgotten about which should not be okay and Milton really needs to look at who they allow to be manger as they are supposed to be the face...

I visited this location on 9/4 and everything about the experience was terrible. Food was over cooked, and I asked for extra ranch, because, sorry but one ranch for a 10 piece is not enough. I was assured they were in the bag and that i needed to move from the drive through so they could continue taking peoples money for services not rendered. I will not eat mcdonalds any more. I am leaving almost identical reviews for several other mcdonalds i have visited lately, and they all have the same problems. The quality of food has gone down dramatically (and this is from someone who doesn't expect much at all from a $2 burger), my families order is always wrong...ALWAYS, without fail, and the people working there are either instructed to not give more than one sauce per order, or they really just do not care. Oh well, there loss, i have taken my money elsewhere. Good luck McDonalds, it is sad to see what was once a great fast food restaurant and a favorite as a child be on the "no longer eat...
