Subway — Restaurant in Milton

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received yesterday morning. I called at 9:30 a.m. and spoke with a wonderful young lady named Paige, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was looking to order an Easy Order Sandwich Platter and a dozen cookies for a co-worker who had just lost a family member that morning. When I mentioned the urgency of the request for noon that day, Paige assured me that she could assist. I had reached out to several other local businesses, but none were able to fulfill my request on such short notice. Paige’s willingness to help truly exemplified exceptional customer service. I was also grateful when she called me at 11:30 a.m. to let me know that the order was ready for pickup. Thank you, Paige, and the entire staff at Milton Subway, for making this last-minute request possible. I just ordered two footlongs from subway in Milton via an online order. I paid an additional $5 for pepperoni and bacon to be added to these subs. We got home with the subs and they had none of the above and half of the toppings were also not included. We called because we were already home and they wanted us to drive back to the store to pick up a side of bacon and pepperoni. We asked if we could just be refunded and they said no and that there was nothing else they could do. This has happened several other times with this location and unless I watch them physically make it now I will never go back. You know... its subway. So it's not like I get super excited lol. But!! I will say, I was very impressed with this particular subway. There were 10 people ahead of me, and two middle aged people working the counter. They were beasting it! She was baking bread, and toasting, while the guy was making the sandwiches, they were both taking orders, and they were absolutely in lock step! The wait was minimal, and my sandwich was delicious. Even the meat they use here, is different (better) than the other subway...
