Catfish Lounge — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I ordered a catfish dinner at5:50pm. I was told my order will be ready 1hr. 15 minutes. I was told when I ordered that I get two sizes with my order. So I ordered macaroni w/cheese and fries. There was no cold slaw and there was a up charge for the fries that, wasn’t told about. My order was $15.00 but after 2hrs. I finally got my order, I was told that my order was $20.00. I wasn’t even given the 2 sides. Fish skin on the outside was stretchy, not quite all the way done. The fish had that fishy taste and the outside skin texture wasn’t quite done all the way. The food is good but the customer service and efficiency sucks. I phone ordered my food at 2pm and was told that it would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant around 3pm and my food wasn't ready until 4pm. It took almost 2 hours to receive my food. It was my first visit at the time and I had declared it to be my last visit. There was also another customer who had ordered before me and it took about 2 hours for her to get her food too and they always say it will be about 40 minutes . Older crowd here. Nice music. But I ordered food and waited over 1.5 hours and never got it. Ended up leaving. This is not good for a first-timer because first impressions are everything. It appeared that my night here was either an illusion or I was in a matrix. I had 2 drinks, and my hub had 2. I watched the guy who took my order walk past me at least 10 times with other orders... I'm totally confused. But I guess I'll have to try this supposedly best catfish in milwaukee...
