JJ Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I was calling last night for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone. It was completely unprofessional and rude. I honestly think if you can’t multi task you shouldn’t be a fast food restaurant period. Also I went in myself after those following 3 hours and there was no parking space, the lobby had at least 25 or more people and that’s terrible do to the cov-19 pandemic going on, and there was only one guy there taking orders, touching food, and he told me 10 minutes which literally tuned into 45 minutes. I just think this store doesn’t really have good management or they need to go under new management. I was honestly trying my hardest not to call...

I order some food yesterday from jjs chicken located on capital and Ackinson I spent $47.52 dollars. When I went home the food was over cook and this not the first time I have heard this, this same jjs chicken the food was not cook right and they don’t want to replace or refund the money. I also have pictures as well I’m very disappointed at a times like this we shouldn’t have to be treated like this we are the customers. I also reported them to fox 6 news. Horrible location; great reastraunt anywhere else. I ordered chx Tender meal, jalepeno poppers, shrimp dinner substitute onion rings for fries ✓WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR✓ ounce I got home, I opened all my food, and there was absolutely NO SHRIMP DINNER AND ONION RINGS . I called and he insisted that the shrimp dinner was in there. so basicaly I literally whent and paid 29.98$ for chix tenders meal. 30$ FOR A CHIX TENDERS MEAL n poppers.
