This specific cousins may have the worst customer service out of all the cousins in the city. The night staff is lazy and incompetent. I just had an issue and this isn't the 1st time either. Tonight, I arrived at the drive thru speaker at exactly 930pm (mind you they close at 10pm) and I ordered a sub combo. I wanted cheese bread but I was informed there was none left so hey I'm not tripping cuz i know its the end of the night...I then say I want a large fry and they have the nerve to tell me their fryer is off so I can't get fries only chips. I was genuinely disappointed at how incompetent and silly they would have to be to turn the fryer off a full 30 minutes before closing time just so they can leave right at 10pm or 1005pm. I wanted to argue with them and ask the 2 silly women who were there, 1 was the manager 1 was the cashier/drive thru person...How hard is your job? I said u know what they bums for how lazy they are. Then I noticed I had enough time to go to the other cousins on the upper northwest side on Appleton Ave in time before 10pm which was their closing time too. So I left drove there on this snowy night and got exactly what I wanted from that location with no problems. Thanks...
Read moreI am a cousins FAN. Out of all of the cousins that I have been to, this is the most ghetto. Today we ordered a steak cheesteak and normally when i order those from the one on Wisconsin, south Milwaukee or in midtown I can see them grill the bread. At this particular store we made a complaint about the bread being cold and there was very littel meat on the sub... i was told that we had to ask to have our bread warmed, which is something that i have never heard from any other stores for a cheesteak ...because they are normally warmed... anyway the general manager said that they NEVER warm up bread on tuesdays EVER.. mind you, it was a monday. I feel like his response was poor and it shows by the customer service that I got from the employees tonight. One of the lady's offered to remake the sub, which in appreciate but the customer service was the last straw for me....I was a regular but I will not be stopping there again. I'll continue traveling downtown. When your order a hot sub, you exect hot bread.... not cold bread. They always get it...
Read moreSo usually I get my subs from his location since they're are usually on point, however, not sure what happened here. Ordered online no problem, went in and patiently waited for a staff member. Was waited on and then an older lady comes from the prep area , looks at me, says something slick( it's bulletproof glass not sound proof) to her for worker who just shakes her head. Whatever , okay. Get food ( which was at least ready). Get home and took one bite and spit it out!!!! No extra mayo!!! A mound of minced onion ( not the kind they usually have nor did I order extra) and about 5 pounds of oregano later. Either retrain on the proper way to make a substantial or find people...
