Smoke N Bones — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Nope! Don't do it. Just had Grubhub deliver my order which was supposed to be a pan of rib tips that were delivered in one of those Styrofoam dinner sized containers. You go to any other BBQ joint in Milwaukeee area, Tony's, Ashley's, etc, your pan of tips comes in a 13x12 aluminum sized Dollar Tree pan. The taste of the tips were just okay.

Two things about this experience that really pissed me off, is, I had called the restaurant before placing my order because there was some bad reviews from others stating the rib tips were hard and tough. Well I was placing this order for my elderly Mom who has no teeth and just wanted to make sure that they knew that. I had also asked the man that answered what else comes with the pan of rib tips. He told me just the meat. I asked if he could please add pieces of white bread if it was available. He said, sure no problem. Like what black BBQ joint is not offering white bread with BBQ anyways??? Weird. Anyways, my Mom gets the order and of course the bread is nowhere to be found and that's the only way she likes to eat them. She's old school country. And I mean this was such a simple request. He could have charged me extra, I wouldn't have had a problem with that.

Besides I had added to the order beef nachos, which was not included and I see I was charged $8.99 forthem. Like what the heck is going on? So I will be calling Grubhub and definitely not returning to this establishment ever again. I guess I'll just stick to...

Let me just start by saying I WILL BE BACK! I ordered a large rib tip with the sauce on the side. Now normally when I order a large rib tip I am done and have no leftovers. Smoke N Bones provided me a large order of rib tips and my golly I have leftovers, like WOW. I enjoyed my meal so well I called up there to inform them that it was my first time and I took a chance after reading the reviews and have no regrets. I appreciate the quantity, the tenderness of the meat, the temperature and it was a strong container to hold the food portion. All I ask is that you continue to be consistent in your cooking, your service, your customer service, and everything else will fall in its place. Again stop in and try out those rib tips and leave a review to help deliver feedback so the delivery of the food can...

I call and place order I asked if I could have my greens in separate from the rib tips that didn’t happen so I have green juice in my rib tips . Speaking of rib tips they were so so so salty couldn’t eat them especially having high blood pressure they should be shut down for health reasons. There not polite because the guy keep saying they have to charge if put in greens separate from rib tips but give me green juice in my rib tips what at least offer to remake my rib tips without green juice ugh I don’t think they care about there customers just serving unhealthy food oh and had the nerve to give me piece brown paper towel for my napkin. Never again first time months ago food was delicious this time shut it down tooo salty. Please taste your food before serving...
