I ordered pizza, bread twists, chicken wings, brownies and a 2Liter of coke. I ordered online Saturday 01/14/23 at 6:37pm. I recieved an email stating my order was being checked for quality control at 6:57pm. I assumed my order would be delivered shortly there after, I was wrong. I called the location around 7:30pm inquiring about my order. I heard the person repeat over and over to someone that she didn't see my order. I gave her my order number and then was put on hold. A different woman picked up the call and said they had my order and it was waiting to be delivered. They were working with 1 driver. She said she would make my order a priority to be delivered next. I asked if my food would hot when it's delivered? I was told yes because it's been sitting in the warmer. I asked about it being dried out? No it will be fine. I wait and at 7:50pm I still don't have my order. I get a notification at 8:00pm that my order is on its way. I don't receive my order until 8:22pm, I live 0.9 miles away from the location. The driver is a 3 minute drive. I receive my order and the boxes are NOT Hot, the food in the boxes are at best a temp above Lukewarm. This is and was the worst pizza delivery I ever had. The young delivery man Albert was very polite and thanked me for my order. Albert was the best part of my experience. Again I ordered online at 6:37pm and finally received my order at 8:22pm a temp above lukewarm. Very disappointed. Angie was the person that supposedly did my quality control, she should've saw that my order should've been remade and delivered...
Read moreThe pizza was decent. The problem lies in customer service & safety during COVID.
First off, 2 of the 4 employees had their masks under their chins & were not covering their faces at all & 1 had it under their nose. Only 1 employee was actually wearing their face mask properly. There were also a couple of customers waiting inside with no masks & no employees enforced the mask mandate.
I went in to the store for a pick-up & was ignored by employees for several minutes even though they looked right at me & had previously just helped the person in front of me. The workers ignored phone calls ringing off the hook & ignored other customers as well. I understand some employees were busy making pizzas but the least they could have done was acknowledge me & others & said they would get to us. After several minutes of silence I ended up having to speak up & say my pizza was ready (per the app) & I just needed someone to grab it for me.
In the end it was the busiest employee & the only one wearing their mask properly that ended...
Read moreOrdered delivery tonight…spent $95 including an $8 tip for the driver. My order sat in quality check for 40 minutes. My husband tried to call and see what was going on around 8:35 (had been in quality check for 25 min at that point). No one answered. He hung up when we got to the store to pick it up ourselves. We were told they were trying to get ahold of the driver…whatever that means 🤷🏽♀️ But no one called us to tell us what was going on. I live less than a mile. I could have picked up and they could have offered to refund the delivery fee and tip. When I went in no one apologized or tried to make it right in any way or fashion. I’m so disappointed in your service. Our pizzas were lukewarm. Our 2 thin crusts were soggy and unappetizing. You’re the closest pizza delivery place to us and I don’t even feel comfortable ordering because if anything is wrong I’m not going to get any decent customer service to fix it.
