Fryerz — Restaurant in Milwaukee

My name is Patrick at Joshua Glover House. Terrible customer service. The staff would not allow me to speak to management when they yelled and swore at me. The food was wrong. They gave me the wrong french fries I ordered waffle fries. They were so lazy that they put two strawberry lemonades in the bag instead of a Sprite and Pepsi that we ordered. We ordered at 12:30 in the afternoon and try to get our order fixed right away but didn’t receive a callback from the manager. Had to call the delivery driver to try and contact the manager. She told us that she would have the manager call us back. We didn’t receive a call all day until 430 when we called them again and finally spoke to the manager. Even though our sodas and french fries were all wrong on the order, he refused to replace the soda and French fries. only allowing us to have only the sandwiches replaced. Then the manager told us that the only way he would replace the sandwiches is if we could give him the original sandwiches back from four hours previous. He might save old nasty food in his house for four hours, but who else saves old nasty food that long in their house to collect roaches? WORTH NO STARS!!! We ordered around 9 pm through grubhub. Not a big order, just food for two people. We were told our order would be about an hour...two hours goes by so we decide to call Fryerz. Their staff are the most terrible people I have ever come across, acting like they didn't know where we lived, blaming everyone but themselves, and lying to us. They told us our driver was on his way. We waited another half an hour then called again only to be told to wait five more minutes...so we wait TEN minutes and then call one more time, only to be told our driver JUST left. When we told the person, Mike, that he said 45 minutes ago our order was out for delivery, he played dumb and acted like he never told us anything like that. We caught him lying and he still tried to act like he never said anything about the whereabouts of our order. And once we finally got the order, they forgot our jalapeno poppers, shorted us a wing, and gave us the wrong soda...also our delivery driver refused to come to the front door. This was after he went to the wrong address, which we made sure Fryerz had correct because all three times we called we gave them...

Late review, but the food was not good. I was staying in town for an event and found Fryerz online for late night delivery and saw reviews saying that it is a good place. Sadly, I was misled. I was staying at a hotel and had that as the address, when the driver went out to deliver the food, they called me and had an attitude right as I said, "Hello". I went down to the lobby for them to bring in the food and they never came in. 5 minutes pass and they call me. With an attitude, they tell me they are outside and have been waiting in their car, mind you the weather was completely nice out. I pay them and get back inside to eat. My food was barely warm. I ordered nachos that were beyond soggy and a patty melt that had burnt bread and the meat tasted microwaved with no flavor left over.
