Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I I'm new to the area and was very disappointed in the restaurant as a whole. The young lady who took my order was very nice but I waited in line to third person in line for 19 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken! Really! There was a man in line who wanted the new jambalaya Bowl only to be told they did not have that at that particular location. He did ask for chicken with black eyed peas only to be told when he went to pay that they did not have change to give him. The young lady said that she had no coins except for a few pennies in her drawer. When the man ask what was going on she said they didn't have any change and I asked where's the manager why can't they go somewhere and get some change? It wasn't even 6 yet I'm sure there was a bank or something opens but I did see several ladies? And then just ask the men's chicken order was put up he was told that the Black Eyed Peas were frozen. He was like what! What is the manager doing when you sell an item and it is frozen all day long no one thought to take out an item that you sell at your restaurant and have it ready for purchase? Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves and if it's a corporate store they need to come in and clean up why do you have a restaurant that supposed to sell certain things and you don't even have the items why ever ties a product like the jambalaya Bowl if you don't have it I'm very disappointed in Popeyes but this is the kind of quality that owners like to present in the minority neighborhoods and it's a shame if we stop patronizing them I bet they would do better. This Popeyes location is HORRIBLE. Like probably one of the worst experiences in dining and customer service that one can ever go through. They don’t even deserve the one star that they’re actually getting, but it’s probably mandatory to give at least one, but please believe that this Popeyes location was undeserving of said one star! The workers we rude & unprofessional. They all were having personal conversations and cracking jokes while there was a lobby full of customers waiting to even be greeted let alone place and/or pick up our orders. Then a male comes out from the back, possibly a manager, and jokes about someone complaining about waiting over 30 minutes & tells one of the workers acting busy that he didn’t care & that they’d be waiting another 30 minutes. This entire conversation, again, took place with a lobby full of waiting hungry customers. They also wouldn’t take any drive thru orders, but of course they failed to notify customers with a sign & trying to get a response while in the drive thru was harder than the ACT Test. Firstly, being that I paid $32 for a fast food meal I would expect a whole lot more quality!! and better customer service .!!! Besides the fact that I had to sit in a hot drive-thru for 18 minutes (only because I was unable to leave!) Then, I start to put my order in and was asked several times if I was done ( which was incredibly rude!) then when I was finally receiving my food they forgot honey and I asked for it after sitting there for another 3 minutes being ignored , with the cars behind me honking , could I finally get my honey so I could go!. The chicken was okay but my coleslaw was disgusting !! my biscuits were hard!! Which was really sad because I was really looking forward to the biscuits !! I love coleslaw and I have never had such awful tasting, unappetizing sides . The lady was quite rude, made no attempts whatsoever to try to rectify sitting in the Drive-Thru for so long and was snippy and disrespectful several times.
