🙅so I went to kfc thinking that I would get some chicken because it was late and I needed something quick and would fill me up for the night well i observed one of the workers inside a car talking to some friends while we waited ten mins then when he did go in that's when our orders were took that also took about ten mins then when he took our orders he came back outside with two bags for his friends instead of paying customers finally when I got to the window I had two wait five more mins beside the ten mins it already took before the young gentlemen came inside so now that's 25 mins so after five mins waiting in the drive thru then I was told that they didn't have cookies and biscuits ready so pull up I will bring it to you waiting five more mins I couldnt take it I pulled back around and asked for a refund but I was told my food would be out right now which took two more mins when I finally got my meal I was told that I had a extra biscuit and cookie which there was none the cookies were cold well cookie that I actually had my chicken bowl or whatever it's called was watery yes I will not be back and I expect that location to be closed soon if immediate changes...

Knocked on door, employee sitting in dining room didn’t recognize me. The manager finally came said she didn’t charge me for the famous bowls. Another female came to my car and said I wasn’t charged. Again, couldn’t tell me was I charged for. Went thru the drive-thru to ask about my order.I Again asked what she charged me for she couldn’t or would tell me because the credit card machine was down. I asked if this was a corporate store or Franchise store and corporate phone number. The manager said “you need to look it up on line, I don’t it or who I work for.” I called KFC corporate customer service and filed a complaint about this restaurant.I have a case number and a promise for a call back and email. I suggested this manager be fired. I don’t believe training her would help or just demote her to a crew member. Her crew needs to be retrained. This worst customer service ever received. Please don’t visit this restaurant until there franchise owner corrects...

First of all this place is advertised as a KFC and Taco Bell when I get there there's no Taco Bell menu only KFC and I was told I could only order KFC because they told me every taco bell menu item was unavailable. So I proceeded to order something else and waited 5 minutes in the drive through. My order ended up being incorrect and I did not receive the requested items. When I was at the drive-thru window waiting for my food two other employees were playing on their phone. If all of the employees have that much free time my order should not have been wrong. I have a feeling if I was black then my order would have been taken seriously; but all you have there are young women black teenagers that do not care about their job and do not care about giving out the correct orders. The people that work here are trash. They are very lazy and only cared about getting through the next customer. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE...
