Ordered food using the mobile app, figuring it would be the fastest way to get in and out. When I arrived I parked in one of 4 reserved spots and entered the the number in the app, letting them know I was here. After 10-12 minutes I walked into the building to see three other people waiting at the counter and the employees fighting in the back (screaming at each other so loud the entire restaurant heard what they were fighting about). I seen a mobile order sitting on the counter, but still had to wait until the fight was over because at the counter to help anyone. I finally got my food , yes the mobile order I seen earlier was mine just sitting behind the counter. I got my food and left, only to find out it was missing food and the food I did get was cold. I tried calling a couple of time but no one will answer the phone. I wrote McDonald corporate headquarters about my experience, and their response was that they would forward my complaint to the store where this happened and the manager will get back to me. ย ย ย Read moreThe pink haired manager is EXTREMELY RUDE in the morning. I watched him pour out a significant amount of Frappe after I asked for a double shot of expresso. I attempted to explain what the other McDonald's MANAGER (Teutonia and Villard location) told me about being shorted and they should be using a bigger cup as that McDonald's does when shots of expresso are added to the drink (regular large cup size). He proceeded to say that "they don't know what they're talking about". I said it was a manager who told me this, and his response was "then they must be new" and laughed it off. I know for a fact the manager is NOT new as 3 different managers in the location told me the same thing at 3 different times as they were correcting their employee's on the mistake. And they strive for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION where this manager DOES NOT! And after paying ADDITIONAL for Oreo crumbs in my drink, it was GREAT to get to work and realize that I did NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER VISIT THIS...

TERRIBLE customer service, They sale old food, & there always short staffed! The wait time is ridiculous especially around 10pm! The employees are lazy & rude with very nasty attitudes & they also have very poor work ethic!!! In my opinion either the owner needs to hire a whole new crew or shut the buisness completely down!!!! Its a shame the minorities are always talking about support minority buisnesses but when you have to deal wit unprofessionalism, Terrible service, & awful food! One should not wonder why a person would choose to spend there hard earned money with other buisnesses that will APPRECIATE the customers support of there buisness!
