McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Decent Update 1/11/23: After the frappe machine went down multiple times, being told that they were switching over from breakfast to lunch and they couldn't take any orders and getting a different size cup for the same drink size, I spoke with a manager and he was very helpful (Dominique). He was very understanding, explained what the problems were, gave me a credit and more importantly, he accepted responsibility for the problems and agreed to try to get them corrected. Unfortunately, the frappe machine went BACK down for a week after this, but I digress....Skip to today: 6 cars of us waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru to then be told over the speaker: sorry I'm short staffed therefore, I won't be taking anymore orders this morning and she jumped off the speaker and on to the next person. No respect for people's time or that some of us were now late for work or any customer consideration! Loser, as usual! EVERY McDonald's seemed to steadily be going down and down with customer service or food prep and presentation. Yesterday I was served not 1 but 2 HARD blueberry muffins! I was there yesterday for the first time and it was bad as soon as i stepped in. You could feel the tense atmosphere like everyone was walking on eggshells in fear of the hood around them.

Service was very slow, customers were rude cause they had to wait a long while for someone to take their order and just waiting a long time for their food as well.

Workers were not wearing any gloves at all, No hair nets as you can see all the girls had their majestic braids and weaves flowing everywhere like a fashion show. No sense of urgency or respect for the job.

My food was subpar at best. I order the double quarter pounder with cheese meal. My fries were soggy, my drink tasted soapy, and the worst part was that my burger only had 1 pattie instead of 2. To pay almost $10 and get ripped off like this was a slap to the face.

Should have listened to the reviews and stayed clear of this joke of a McDonald's. I was hopeful for this place being that I am walking distance to it. Everyone just go to a better neighborhood and better McDonald's if you can. This place is not...

You get the food. That os truth if you stretch your patience for FASTFOOD. Well most of it, but this is not the fast food establishment you should go, if you are stopping through on a lunch break or coffee on the way To work b/c it takes a full 30 -45 minutes to obtain a single meal ordered. You will be waiting at least 10 minutes in line with 1 car ahead of you; at least another 5 minutes at the speaker before you are acknowledged and your order is taken; you're rushed through the order taking even though your total order takes less than 1 minute to complete (after every item requested, crew member asks, "is that it, now?") And then you wait another 5-10 at the window to pay and another 5-10 minutes to obtain your order (or partial order of coffee and sausage McMuffin sandwich) b/c they need to drop more hasbrowns although you are 1 of the only 2 cars in the drive-thru with 1 walk-in...
