Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I never in my life had such awful customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas. With 4 customers behind me in line. Everyone behind me got thier pizzas. I'm still waiting. More customers come in order and walk out before me. I ordered my pizzas at 410pm. At 430 I walked over and asked where are my pizzas. The assistant manager turns and tells a boy who was dancing around singing. Oh you didn't make her pizzas. So he starts to make them . I then called to complain. Assistant manager said well I fixed the problem when you told me about the pizzas I then told him to make them. He said we make front line pizzas first. You had 8 people working and 5 just dancing around singing whe my pizza wasn't even being made. I paid 40$ for pizza that I can't eat I has to leave for work as soon as I got home. Then I get put on hold for 11 mins. To speak with someone else. This person said they didn't have a corporate number. And couldn't tell me who owned the franchise or how to get a hold of them. I asked to just get onfo she was clueless. Said we don't have any of that...

I ordered online. Came to pick up my order only to find they didn’t have the items I paid for. No biggie but please refund me. The teenagers working didn’t know how to operate the register, told me they would refund me but couldn’t produce a receipt. “Trust me bruh, you’ll get your money back.” Uh, no. I would like proof that you did. “I’m a new manager and I don’t know how to print receipts.” I asked him to get another employee to help. Other employee came out to tell me they “don’t do that here. We’ll refund you, I promise.” No, that’s not how this works. In the meantime, his co-worker comes out and starts dropping F-bombs to me, in front of my elementary school aged child. Two customers walked out without ordering after the f-bombs started. 20 minutes later, lo and behold, they somehow managed to print a receipt. Must’ve been magic.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would and only for the fact that a senior manager will end up seeing this. I am generally worried for the employees at this location. I walked in for my online order which was to be ready by 5:05pm and I didn't get my order until almost 5:40pm. I'm not upset about the wait to get my order, I am upset for the lack of help for the young lady working by herself. I walked in and there was 6 people waiting in the store; 1 was an online order. This store is running on bare bones and needs help from higher up management to either close earlier or get staffed. Period. It's not fair to these employees to have to be stressed liked that. They ran out of medium and large pizzas and weren't trained to make mini murphs?! Get it together for your...
