NEVER AGAIN!!....So today i had probably the most shady experience with the people here. I was here for the Shinning fates release today and after waiting two hours in line they told us they only got 8 etb’s and 20 pickachu boxes and a couple tins. So i asked the bigger gentlmen if they had any tins or other etbs somewhere and he tells me no & hands me 1 of the last two pikachu boxes and says this is all we have left. So I say thank you and walk to the counter. Then two other people walk in and he turns both of them away and they end up telling the rest of the 20 ppl still left in line that theres none left and the entire line just walks away. That is until one guy who got there 15-20 min prior walks in and walks to the back, talks to the guy for a second and walks towards the counter with what else? 1 of each item an etb, a tin & a pikachu box. I ask the guy where he got that from and he replies “i just found it, he pointed it out and i gave it to him” now i don’t have the crayons nor the patients to explain how back dooring works but what i can tell you is after i asked him why don’t me or the gentlemen after me get those things considering we not only waited two hours in line but literally just walked up to him and asked if there was anything else for him just to lie and save those three items which he mystically “found” for his friend. He then starts to get loud and starts telling us how “he can sell this stuff for double on ebay and they don’t even have to do retail.” Like, no sir, we have just been waiting in the bitter Wisconsin cold for two hours to get what we came here for. If you advertised retail then thats no ones fault but your own. That doesn't give you a reason to hide things for your friends from customers who just wanted one of each item. Long story short, first come, first serve doesn’t matter to these people, only their friends do. If you don’t know them personally don’t expect to...

Currently as of October 2020, they only allow 10 customers in at a time. Although this abides to the social distancing rules, that may mean that you might be waiting outside in line for 10-15 min, since a lot of people take their time inside since it's such a huge store.

I enjoy their massive manga section - it's the most complete store in the Milwaukee area if you want the newest manga from any publisher and they also include BL/yaoi genre for anyone who prefers to check the spines of volumes before buying. In addition, they offer the complete set of One Piece and Berserk volumes on their shelves!!! They also have anime plushies/toys and figures.

They also have tons of comics!!! Definitely enjoy that you can get back issues and the most current issues each week/month if needed. If you're a heavy collector, I would suggest starting a Previews pull list with them so you can RSVP and save some money if you buy more than 10 items per month.

Checking out is very easy and their staff are helpful every time I've been there. Recommended to have cash on hand if you're not buying a lot since they charge a small fee under a certain amount.

⭐⭐⭐⭐(4/5) for the amazing selection! I wish they would improve on the decor inside and post a bit more on Facebook (several times a month) to get 5 stars from me. Also maybe update the sign while you're at it - the sign looks very faded when you're looking...

Earlier in time I said this store was run by a vanity seeking troll. And he, spread gossip about me. Well, he and his employees are under the age of 28. I'm possibly 20 years? Older. Maybe Jeanette is maybe 12 years younger? So, if they spread chatter and silly kidde comments about the "old man", and his "disgusting teeth" I have tmj. And after 50 years.
