He said, I don't know anything about the Specials.
So I tell him, well I do. I can help you. I can make it easier for you and for me, I'll just get what I always get to make it easy.
All I wanted was a pepsi A 5 dollar special pizza ( the one that's been there for a long time, it requires you to order some other 5 dollar special like wings or another pizza or breadsticks ) And last the required 2nd $5 item which in this case it was wings

Read moreOrdered dinner at 7:08pm, it said delivery at 8:28pm in the email but didn't tell me the delay when I ordered. It is now 9:08pm and no dinner and I have been on the phone over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone at the Pizza Hut. I kept getting a recording that I am caller #2 and estimated wait time is 22 minutes. The website even said my order was delivered and it is no where to be found. I finally got to talk to someone at the Pizza Hut who was very rude by the way. He said the driver was already on his way. I said I don't care, I want a full refund and I don't want the food anymore. He didn't really give me an answer if I will get a refund or not, so I will monitor my card closely and dispute the charge if needed. At 9:18pm, the delivery driver kept calling my phone until I picked up. I told him I cancelled the order and to take it back. Apparently the person who I talked to on the phone did not have the decency to call the driver and inform him. This location lost my business. Everyone stay away! Pizza Hut please close this...
Read moreMy experience was beyond pleasant. Nick and Alex we're both very, very, VERY, pleasing to deal with. Both awesomely helpful and very friendly! It's been a very long time where I have walked into a fast food establishment and didn't feel as if my ordering was a burden. I did not see any of the 4 employees working at the time on their phones, screwing off, or sitting there talking. Everyone was moving and grooving and when there was talk, it was communication for orders. From my point of view, when the orders were caught up they were prepping. Such as nick filling the toppings one of the drivers helping on wings while waiting on orders to be finished, the other driver folding boxes while his orders were coming, and Alex was answering phone calls, taking walk in orders, and helping nick on line.
