Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Milwaukee

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION!

Seriously! I stupidly ordered pizza for the 3rd time last night from here because 1) my 2 year old really wanted pizza 2) its the closest pizza place to my house (it takes 12 minutes to get to this Pizza hut from my driveway!) I made the order online at 4 pm and got the email shortly after stating delivery of 730....ummm seriously!? That long for ONE Medium pizza? I figured maybe they are overestimating the time just in case...well i should have known better since the two times before that the pizza was over an hour and a half late! I even had to cancel my prior order because it was an hour and 45 minutes after the time it stated and we had to leave the house for our movie! This time i called at 8 and stated that my pizza was supposed to be their at 7 and wondered where it was, the rude girl who answered the phone stated that it was just about to leave and be delivered, i asked why it wasnt already on its way since it was supposed to be delivered an hour ago, she said hold on and put the phone down (DID NOT PUT ME ON HOLD SO I HEARD EVERYTHING SHE SAID) and they were talking about me! Im sorry but i have a right to be upset when i already had to wait 3 hours for my pizza and its now at 4 hours for one stupid medium pizza! So she said i am the next delivery and he was just leaving. Ok i thought any minute now..well an HOUR later i called back and i was very upset at this time as it is now almost 9 and my son is starving and its well past his bedtime! She says well he decided since your all the way in Brookfield he is going to delivery the two orders after you first since they are closer, first of all did you really say your delievery orders that were made AFTER me first!?!? Second IM 12 MINUTES AWAY!!!!!!! and she said their are only 2 of us working what do you want us to do? ummm first of all I highly doubt their are only 2 of you working, second of all HIRE more people! Third of all if you cant handle the business dont take the calls or tell people straight out its a 4-5 hour wait for your pizza! She got pissy with me! Im sorry but its uncalled for that it would take that long for a pizza! I would of just ordered for carry out but didnt want to pack my 2 year old and 4 month old up and pick it up and getting it delivered is an easier option. I WILL NEVER order from the location again! WORST PIZZA HUT AND STAFF EVER! Plus when i finally got my pizza it was 910 and the guy just sat in the car outside! He than called me a few minutes later and asked if i was here, ummmm why didnt you just come to the door!!?!? Wth! And then I finally sat down and gave my son his pizza and he tells me its cold so i take a bite and guess what?? ITS COLD! Are you kidding me!!! Wasted my money at this location!!! And when i finally got my pizza NO APOLOGY! They made it seem like it...

Service was the worst! We ordered online and the estimated arrival time was 1 hour and 45 minutes from placing the order. The wife and I thought that was ridiculous so we called them and they said, "It [the website] over-estimates like that just in case. Your order should be there in an hour at the latest." An hour and 42 minutes later, the delivery boy finally made it to our house. "Well at least it was worth the wait" is what I was thinking, but then we opened the boxes. They forgot the breadsticks! The one thing that the wife and I were really craving! So the wife called the establishment and asked for a manager to inform them of their slow and forgetful service. She was immediately put on hold. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes she got in the car and started driving there. She finally got through on the phone a block away from their establishment (30 minutes of holding). Since she was so close already, she hung up and went inside to speak in person. When confronted about their slow service (and being on hold for 30 minutes), the manager's excuse was, "We are short handed". When confronted about missing the breadsticks, the manager's excuse was, "We ran out". While delivering these poor excuses, she was very rude and condescending to my wife. The manager couldn't even offer a resolution, she just said, "So, I don't know what you want from me." My wife suggested compensation for the meal. So they refunded the meal. Stay away from this Pizza Hut if possible! Go to the one just off of Appleton in the Falls!

Update I was contacted by the franchise owner, and he was very apologetic over this whole incident. They are going to work towards correcting this situation. So I would suggest giving this location a try after some time, but at this point in time, they have...

I ordered a pizza online around 7:10 p.m. to be exact from the Pizza Hut at silver spring drive and highway 100. Around 9:00 p.m. the order still haven't been delivered I contacted Pizza Hut and asked was the pizza arriving soon the lady stated that it's had already been delivered by doordash I said no I ordered from Pizza Hut for delivery direct she said they stopped delivering at 7:00 p.m. I stated will someone called me from your restaurant and ask me if I wanted hand toss pizzas instead because whatever I had ordered online wasn't available and I said that would be fine never did anyone mention to me that they were no longer delivering they said my order will be to me shortly. So I'm very confused to why she told me doordash had delivered the order then she told me that they stopped delivering around 7:00 p.m. she stated over the phone that she could refund me but my children were hungry so I asked her if it was okay if I came to pick up the pizzas and she said that would be fine I proceeded to go to the restaurant to pick up the pizzas I made it there around 10:00 p.m. as they were closing. Thankfully the young lady did open the door for me and give me the pizzas and apologize for the driver which was nice. However I paid $62 I paid a delivery fee within that $62 and I also tip the driver which they can see on their website if they go back and assess the order I would like to be completely refunded for this this was totally out of line and unacceptable ordering pizzas at 7:10 p.m. and never getting them until 10:00 p.m. and I had to pick them up myself after I paid for delivery and tip the driver totally unacceptable I would like to hear...
