Don't waste your time with this place go to Heights. Dilly bars are so small and you can see the ice cream do to the dip being so thin now. buster bars had 0 fudge in them and maybe 10 peanuts. when i tried to get a refund and return the remaining Bars i was Told to F off by an employee and never come back. This use to be the best DQ around when the old owner owned it. Worst $ i spent was a complete Rip off. Only Gave it a 1 Star to Post this. Google should have Negative Stars for this Reason.

We showed up here tonight at 8:15 after driving 15 minutes to this location only to get out of the car and have this character tell us that the store is closed hanging on the side drive through window. Pretty annoying since now we have to drive another 10 minutes away to go to a different location and clearly you can see in the photo the neon light is on and no one made any effort to shut it off when I brought it to their attention. This location is supposed to be open until 9!! What the heck?

Tried to go out of my way to be polite to the young lady working this evening. She wasn’t interested in the least in having a conversation with my girlfriend and I; even though the place wasn’t busy. While my blizzard was perfectly fine, my girlfriend’s was filled half way. We noticed the next customer, who ordered the same size as my girlfriend, had their cup overflowing. Biased treatment should be a thing of the past.

This is a terrible establishment!!!! The employees are rude and don't even know how to properly make there products. My girlfriend and I went just tonight and we ordered the Smores blizzard and a turtle pecan blizzard. We ordered larges and were given nothing but vanilla ice cream with pecans on one and Graham crackers on the other nothing else. We complained recieved harsh attitude was told they did not have to turn the blizzard upside down because it was privately owned. Then when we asked for them to be remade he literally made the same exact thing. Then when the manager came back she did not apologize all she did was put some chocalte pieces on the Smores blizzard. I will never go back to this...

I stopped into this Dairy Queen to buy an ice cream cake. The owner explained that their front freezers were down and they didn’t have any premade cakes available at the moment. However, he offered to make a made-to-order cake that would be ready in about 3-4 hours. Despite being in a rush, I decided to order the cake. True to his word, the cake was ready within the promised timeframe, and I was even offered a discount for the inconvenience caused by the freezer issue. The customer service was excellent, and it was clear that the staff genuinely love what they do. Kudos to the owner for providing alternatives for items usually kept in the freezer. I will be back again. I enjoy a place with great...

Worst experience EVER!! I walked up to the window behind another patron. The open light is on, the window is closed, and no one is visibly inside. The patron in front of me knocks on the window, tries to pull open the door which is locked, and then cracks open the window to holler in to see if anyone is there. The employee inside rushes to the window and starts yelling at us that we shouldn't be opening widows and we're rude and out of line. I walk away and he yells after me to go ahead and leave. When I get to my car and leave, he and two other people walk out of the back and start flipping us off. Makes me not want any...
