Burrito Cubano — Restaurant in Minneapolis

First off, let me say I have never been compelled to take the time out of my life to write a review on any restaurant before. I also do not like to speak poorly of others. However, this place has offended me on every single level and I feel it is my duty to warn others.

About a month ago I purchased a Living Social deal to El Burrito Cubano for 8 burritos. What an absolute mistake. Basically set myself up for 8 terrible experiences. The staff are hands down the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in the service industry, they scoop every topping onto your burrito like it’s coming out of their personal stash and when the lady only put ½ of a scoop of salsa on my burrito I asked for a little more…she replied “that will be 50 cents extra”. The only time you will smile at El Burrito Cubano is when you see the empty tip jar by the cash register. If the meat is over cooked, topping portions are tiny, prices are high and the staff treats you terribly, why in the world would anyone tip a single cent.

If your thinking you would like a burrito for supper, please, learn from my mistake. Do yourself a favor and go to Chipotle or Qdoba. It will save you time, money, stress and in the end, you will have a much...

My partner and I ordered dinner from your restaurant on Friday 11/20. We had our food delivered to our home and the delivery time was good. Our food was not good. My friend had ordered a burrito with ground beef. What he got instead was a bowl of hamburger, rice and sour cream and no tortilla. For myself I ordered a taco salad which came in a tortilla bowl but only had rice and beef in it.there was no lettuce or other veggies at all. I would not call it a salad. at all.
