Buck's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Minneiska

We have been here over 45 minutes and haven't got our food yet. I asked the waitress where our food is and she said it is coming. They just trough a frozen burger on the grill now. She took care of her kids multiple times. She said they weren't her kids. I asked whose kids they were because there was no adult with them, she said someone next door. 3 kids under 8 in a bar by themselves is against the law. Not getting our food we have to leave. They still charged me for my beer. The bar was not busy. That's so said because we have always loved this place but I don't like being lied to.

You were not in the bar. The waitress said you were next door and both of those businesses were closed. If you were in the bar I am sure you would have came out to the bar to discuss this with me because I was not quite about the situation. Kids under the age of 21 can not be in a bar without there parent. The bar was not busy and the only order in front of us was the kids. I went to the bar to ask how much longer before we get our food. The waitress went to the kitchen and some guy took a frozen burger out of the freezer and trough it on the grill. I could see the grill and there was nothing on the grill before that. She said my wife's wrap was almost done 15 minutes before that. It never came. You don't have worry because we will never have another conversation because I don't believe a word you say. We will never ever come into either of your business until you take ownership for your poor management skills and customer service. Don't leave your kids in a bar by themselves again. No smoking on the Patio, oops. Anyway, that Burgers are really good. A local patron mentioned the meat is never frozen, I believe him.
