Short form of the review, it's like Chipotle or Qdoba if those places were legitimately excellent!
Brito's presses you a fresh tortilla from a dough ball. Throws it on the stove to toast it and then fills it with delectable legitimate Mexican flavors. They have shrimp or fish everyday as an available option which is great for pescetarians, and they do breakfast burritos which they fill with scrambled eggs, chorizo or some other meat and hash browns. And let me tell you what a treat that is.
The inside is relatively Spartan, but that's fine, you walk in and 5 minutes later you walk out with one of the best burritos you can get in the twin cities.
My only critique of the food is that there's not a hotter salsa option. They're hot. Legitimately is only really a medium. That said you can get fresh squeezed lime in your burritos. You can get extra cilantro. You can get jalapeno and they're just really really good. Prices are about what you would expect. Roughly 10 bucks for a burrito depending on what you put inside of it. They're barbacoa is excellent, I really like their chicken and I really like the shrimp, though I think with the shrimp it's probably better in tacos just because of the shape.
If you're going to lodestone coffee and games which is a couple doors down, stop here first to get food. Lodestone serves great little baked snacks and everything, but they don't have an option for a real meal and this is the perfect thing. Come join us, jam out on a magic night with a burrito...

I swear, these burritos are some of the best I’ve had. Every meat I’ve tried is brimming with flavor, and I can just tell that each topping is fresh. Seeing them make the tortillas fresh is just beautiful. Very sweet folk working there diligently each and every day. The only thing I feel I can really criticize here is that the veggies (notably the onions) always seem to be undercooked, which kinda undermines the rest of the burrito. But, since the veggies are optional, it hardly makes an impact in the long run.
Be sure to stop by if you're looking for some tasty, cheap, authentic, local, Mexican food catered to your...
Read more"Hey, catch this!" My friend threw me a football. Wait, that's not a football. It's a burrito from Brito's Burrito. Could have fooled me.
Do not mistake the size of a Brito's Burrito for a lack of quality. Brito starts with a fresh tortilla cooked right in front of you. You and the burritosmith then work together to assemble the meal of your dreams. Juicy meat, crispy lettuce, lime squeezed over your ingredients. It takes great strength of will to stop eating a Brito's...
