Got to dunkin at 2:30 today to get a coffee for my daughter and I. We went to the kiosk and ordered. There was a grandmother and her grandson standing and waiting for their order. I placed our order and the grandma said good luck, we’ve been waiting 20 mins for 2 donuts. There was a male working the drive through and a female making the drinks. The male came to the front to grab something and I said to him “ can you help this lady get her donuts?” His response was “ I can’t we’re super busy.” I said how about that lady and he responded with “ she doesn’t speak English,” and he then walked away back to the drive thru. At this time it has been 30 mins she waited for just 2 donuts. Time went on and he came back to the front to grab something and again I said “ could you grab them their donuts quick?” He said.. “ I can’t my assignment for today is for the drive thru only and her assignment is to make drinks, there is nothing I can do about this, if you want you can call management and complain about how low staffed we are because we’ve all complained. The grandma then proceeded to say “ I am also a paying customer who has already paid for her donuts and it’s been THIRTY FIVE minutes now.” He rolled his eyes and grabbed her two donuts and said “ have a nice day!” I was appalled at one the lack of respect from this young man and two the fact she had to wait that long for her donuts. Read moreSo it started out great. We loved it. Ive unfortunately now had to go in 3 separate times (out of about 18-20 total visits) to get a drink remade because it was done wrong. I’m writing this after getting my caramel cold brew remade after patiently waiting (dang some of these customers are so rude props to you guys on that) because the first one literally tasted like 90% water. I got it remade and it still tastes like 90% water. I waited like 10 minutes for this remake due to how busy it, was which isn’t a problem its just really disappointing that I have had so many issues with cold brews at this location. Other locations they usually don’t do enough creamer, this location I’m honestly not sure they are even giving me coldbrew or iced coffee from the tap. Ive worked in food for a long time, so Ive tired to be patient, but this is just a crazy amount of times to be affected by poor quality. I’ve had other quality issues with food from here, too. Read moreDisappointed. I hadn't had dunking donuts in probably 30 years when they made donuts on location. This location just opened near my home, so I tried their cake donuts. Each was exactly the same size, iced exactly the same amount, with exactly the same fluffiness and crumb. Guessing they were made by automated system in a commissary. Flavor tended towards bland. I liked the coffee, though. Getting to the drive through was a bit confusing, too. It's attached to a bank, and I almost went through their drive through.
My advice: keep driving and go to a decent family owned bakery with a person frying the donuts. Each donut won't be perfectly identical, but they should be consistent, have more flavor, and better icing (if that's...
