Read moreWe used to get really great customer service from this place but for some reason after Christmas, everything about them became horrible. They're only 8 doors down from us and so naturally when I order online, that's the one the website directs me to order from. Back in January we ordered one night at around 8 o'clock and it was almost 9:30 with no pizza when I called to see what the holdup was. They told me that it had literally just gone out the door. So I waited fifteen more minutes with no avail until I called back and the girl on the phone snapped at me and told me it was my fault because they "don't deliver to this side of town." Um? We're on the same freakin' side of town! It finally got to our door a little after 10 and I called the next day and talked to a manager who refunded our money. We waited a month or so before ordering again and we put in the order around 1. We waited until 2:30 before I called and they said that they had transferred the order to the Pizza Hut over by the mall, which is beyond stupid, but I called over there and they said it was just about to go out and it should be there in 10 minutes. At 3 o'clock I called back because it still wasn't there and ended up playing a game of phone tag between myself, the manager, and the driver who couldn't find our house for 45 minutes. 3 hours and 45 minutes after we ordered our pizza, it FINALLY showed up, soggy and cold, with a delivery driver who apologized because 'she only moved here a week ago and didn't know the town yet!' I'm sympathetic to those just starting out at new jobs, but a GPS should kind of be a necessity as a delivery driver. I sent an email to the company and complained, asking for someone to call me back because I wanted a refund and nobody ever did. Shitty customer service and I prefer their pizza over anyone else's but it's no good if it's 4 hours late...
Read morePlaced an order on the app for delivery. Waited until a few minutes past the estimated delivery time and tried to call the number listed. The phone number listed ended up being a number for a status inquiry line that said we had to call the local number. We could not find a local number so ended up having to go in person. Once in store they did not have the order even started, had to wait half an hour while they made it. Asked about getting refunded the delivery fee of 4.99 and our tip because we had to go in store ourselves. They gave us a number to call that did not pick up. Found out once we arrived home our order was missing items. Tried to call the only number we could find again to hopefully get us to someone to talk to and we sat on hold for 20 minutes until finally giving up on trying to get our refund. Worst experience ever trying to get pizza. Will not be eating at any Pizza Hut again after this experience as this was a corporate mess trying to speak to anyone who could help refund us a delivery fee that we did NOT utilize. Food tasted okay when we got it but it was definitely not worth the wait or the headache...
