If you’re looking for NYC style Chinese food, this place is a hit or miss and it really depends on the day. But I’ve had some issues with this place on more than one occasion and the way they handle the issues is the reason I’ll never order from here again.
I usually get the chicken and broccoli with a wonton soup. On a few occasions, the chicken and broccoli just tasted off. One time, the wonton soup was just goo. It literally was just one wonton in a glop of slime. I’m assuming that means it was old but like how old?!? I don’t know where they’re keeping the soup but obviously it’s not freshly made and god knows how often they make it because damn. My final straw was the last time I ordered. The chicken and broccoli had barely any sauce, the sauce that was there was bland, and there was a huge fly in the soup. I called back because I was just annoyed. When I tried to get my money back, they wouldn’t give it to me. The guy that answered argued with me about how everything was perfect and blahblahblah. He offered a voucher towards my next meal instead, I said okay and when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. A few weeks later I called back and I tried to redeem that voucher. Apparently he didn’t even bother to make note of our conversation. At least the lady that answered offered 15% but that’s not what was promised. I won’t be going back here and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreI try to not be harsh on these reviews but this was horrible. I ordered the General Tso Dinner and my wife ordered the Mongolian Beef Dinner as well as the wings and some sushi. She said her flavor wasn't bad however out of the whole entree portion there were literally 4 pieces of meat (she counted after realizing it was hard to find it) and a mound of onions. Both of us got the pork fried rice and I kid you not there wasn't a single bit of pork or peas or anything you think of thats normally in a fried rice on my entire plate and the taste was awful and my wife didn't think hers was any better. On a positive note my chicken tasted okay, but nothing like Gen Tso at all. The wings were so under seasoned oh and lets not forget the feathers that were fried with them. The egg rolls had zero crunch or crispness to them also bland. I didn't eat the soup and threw away most of my food. I ate some of the sushi which was a bad idea, my wife being so much smarter than I refused to. You couldn't pay me to eat there again and I will discourage anyone that asks about it. If that is New York Chinese food, ill stick...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER THERE!!!!! FOOD IS NOT FRESH!!!!
I ordered delivery last night at 8PM. This was the first time I ordered food from the restaurant so late and they gave me unfreshed, leftover food that was cooked since the morning. The chicken was refried and dark. The fried rice was a leftover with barely any meat there. It was something that had been cooked and recooked to sell. The only thing that was good was the pepper steak. When I called and asked to rechange the food, a guy by the name of Michael told me that I had to bring it to the store. Keep in mind, I had delivered. When that was an option, they told me that they wouldn’t credit nor exchange the food. Micheal started arguing with me for $20 of food even though I have been ordering for the past 6 years from them.
These people have no customer service. You do not want to order from a place who doesn’t practice customer service. What about if you get sick from there food? They will not care.
