Today is May 6 Mother’s Day weekend my son wanted to order a medium chicken pizza with traditional sauce pizza was delivered with ranch instead I called the store to inform them that my kids do not eat the ranch spoke to Mariam who was very insensitive to what we want it she was very rude I had no care I explain to her that I was tired not feeling well and that I would just come and pick the pizza up drove all the way to the store in my pajamas only for eyes in the general manager that was even worse refuse to make the pizza for my kids the world has gotten so cold these days it makes me not even want to order or eat out anymore the way people deal with human beings they really don’t care how they treat the customers, I was very surprised and was never treated like this the pizza was left at the store and I still did not receive my refund nor the pizza I explain to Ivan that my son is just a kid he still did not care still did not want to remake the pizza after getting the pizza back I highly doubt that I will be ordering from this Papajohns ever again I hope that as a general manager and a manager that you feel good about how you treated me as a black woman and my kids. First and foremost this location is fairly new and has a system where your online order gets routed to them instead of the one nearest to your home/work. So pay attention to the store address before checking out. (My home store in Pines is 2mi away and Miramar store is 3.4mi away).
I tipped the delivery driver whom was an older white male with glasses (possibly Hispanic), $2 and he changed the tip to $5 on the CC receipt. Maybe I wasn't supposed to review my weekly bank statements so he could get away with it but I did. Yea it seems like it's just $3 but it's the principle. His actions is considered FRAUD and THEFT! If I was short 3 bucks PapaJohns wouldn't complete my order. Management doesn't seem to care much either. They said they would call me back but never did. So I'm gonna take it a step further all because I didn't get that call back. They wouldn't even tell me the drivers name or show me the signature receipt. Shame on that driver and every penny he earns from stealing. I'm sure I'm not the first he's done this to, possibly just the first to catch him if that store isn't covering up for him.

Read moreA couple weeks ago I orders two pizzas for delivery after 8 o’clock (I never order delivery and now I remember why) It was supposed to be delivered by a DoorDash driver. After about an hour of waiting, I called to see why DoorDash driver never arrived and was told that the Door Dash driver had said he already delivered it but the app showed him 59mins away still.
The manager at the Papa John’s apologized and said that if I came in to the store to pick it up she wouldn’t charge me and would even give me a credit of $35 which was how much the order was. So by now it was 9:30 and I rushed over there and was told to wait while they made the pizzas.
I thought it was a reasonable reaction and solution by the manager. However, the next day I realized that I WAS in fact charged for the pizza AND the delivery charge as well PLUS I was not given any $35 credit like I was promised.
I have to stay that after 30 years of being a loyal customer to this franchise, I will NEVER buy a pizza from Papa John’s again.
