First time I came in the front staff could not communicate efficiently of what was on the menu. The burgers are good but so Small and thin. The meat patty needs to be thicker. Your clients will be happier. I also had a platter and the meat was so bland and no flavor, the salad had to much sauce on it.

I came a 2nd time and ordered a family platter. Again, the staff seemed confused and kept walking in the back to verify all was available. I had to inform them what was inside. $60 for this pic below? Call it a Fries platter. Please check family platters at the nearby Pita Shop on red road 5 mins from you guys or Al Natour. Those are family platters and priced adequately. They also offer more value and quality. The bread was wet and 5 pieces for a family platter? Family platter is 1 sauce along with hummus? What's up with that, the ratio doesn't add up.

I want you guys to succeed and you have potential. Make burger patty thicker. Numerous ppl have said that in the community it's so small. Value brings in business and competitors nearby offer a bit more quality, quantity and pricing. Customer service, cashier/staff should know the menu items and communicate effectively of what's on the menu. The guys in the back looked bothered when she was inquiring. Ppl are watching always smile. Cooks in the back should wear hats or something to cover the hair from falling in the food. No bugs as previous poster said. Gloves, gloves, gloves . You can't wipe your face, nose or scratch your head with your hand and go back to cooking, must wash hands. $30 iftaar box????Nearby halal buffets are $18-25/pp. To go boxes are $20. Make a specific zesty sauce for the wraps they are dry. Maybe just my batches.

I had the BEST experience the other day at Shawarmaz and the most AMAZING food. It was my first time at their new location in Davie. The original is located in Miramar. The atmosphere was welcoming, a nice spacious restaurant tucked away in this plaza. When I opened the door I was greeted by a friendly face. They have a cool groovy vibe going on as I heard music playing and the smell of fresh herbs and spices filled the air. I was with a group of people and we had ordered their famous shawarmaz sushi boats, very clever way to display their shawarma. We had beef and chicken shawarma - delicious, tasty, tender cuts of beef and chicken. On the boat was the best French fries ever. Crunchy, perfect and lightly salted. They dressed the boat with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. We also had their fried potatoes with a light sauce - so good, and their falafels are AMAZING! Their hummus is fragrant, garlicky and was gone in about 10 minutes. I am picky when it comes to hummus, theirs will not disappoint, it's that good. Next time I will definitely try some of their desserts which looked fabulous. We were just too full to even think of dessert. You must try Shawarmaz, it's family friendly, with the most delicious, freshest, aromatic ingredients used and cooked fresh to order. The restaurant is lovely, clean, comfortable. The staff is friendly, accommodating and they pay attention to detail. They offer take out and catering. Had a chance to meet the owner, very nice, big smile. You get a birds eye view of the kitchen, so you can get a glimpse and watch the magic happen. I can't say enough about Shawarmaz and wish them success and many years in this location serving up the community and me one...
